The new guy did not understand create your own pizza. Ordered 3 pizzas only 2 were delivered I was told since Casey’s uses Door Dash they could not deliver my pizza and woukd refund my money.. Makes no sense just have Door Dash deliver it when I requested clarification. The guy hung up on me. No etiquette no customer service.

I agree with the other posts.A couple of superstar workers and another of ppl I would not rather have met in my life.The items I frequently buy are mostly stocked up,I enjoy using the membership/loyalty program,and prices are reasonable.If you get a good worker you get great service and if you are inconveniently there when one if the duds are there sucks!!

Stopped here to buy a lottery ticket, and ask a question, the older lady with white hair at the register was rude and acted as if she did not want to assist me so i said nevermind and left. Next time I will buy something and will report her so management can really see, if im respectful to you I expect it back.

Whoever the guy who works in the kitchen weekday days is awesome. I come to Casey’s alot for pizza and he will always make a sausage pizza if it’s out and I ask. He is always really pleasant about it.

This convenience store is quite a doozy; from delicious pastries to generally overpriced everyday goods, such as cereal and/or frozen meals, and even to the deals available with the subscription (I especially enjoyed the free slice of pizza), I appreciate Casey’s exceedingly.

Its hit and miss here. Rude one day. Nice the next. Store stocked one week empty the next. They don’t stock the cooler often and there is never much fresh food in the food warmer. The best pizza around though consistently.
