It’s your typical McDonald’s. Atmosphere is the same as any other. Ordered on app. Walked in and no one would come up to the register at all unless they put a bag on counter for an order. So if you want to order at this McDonald’s don’t expect to talk to an employee, it is best to order through app or go through drive through. Cleanliness was okay, but not spotless. Are order was correct and our food wasn’t cold, but not really hot either. Wait quite a while on order after it said it was ready and it wasn’t on screen anymore either.

Yesterday, Wednesday, I went at 5pm and ordered a LARGE CARAMEL FRAPPÉ, and they gave me anything but what I asked for. It’s my favorite drink from McDonald’s, so trust me. I know exactly what it’s supposed to look like, and this was NOT it. I asked the woman at the drive-thru, “Is this a large caramel frappé?” and she said yes.
First of all, that wasn’t even a frappé cup, it was a regular drink cup like for a Medium Coke. Second, they didn’t put whipped cream or caramel on it.
Every time I go to McDonald’s, I feel like they steal my money.

The staff was polite and started by greeting me as I walked in the restaurant. This location was clean and offered outlets for those who might need to charge their phone or use their laptop, when on the go. Breakfast was hot!!

I have tried twice to pickup breakfast and the hours of operation state they open at 5am; however at 5:30am and 6:15am this location has no one working. I hope management can change the hours of operation to reflect an actual open restaurant that is ready to serve the public. During the actual open hours this location has great service and food.

Breakfast was good. Has brown was half cooked. No one came to register. No one said good morning. We picked the 1 clean table they had to sit at. Had a table number but had to go find our food.

So I ordered the fillet fish meal medium the Coke and the fries were fine the fish had a small piece of cheese not a regular slice of cheese like half a slice of cheese I had already left the restaurant but if I’d been eating there I would have reported it ask for customer service that was so so she took my order and asked if I wanted to round up but the price didn’t appear on the screen when I asked what the price was she told me that it was $8.30 I’m not going to round up 70 cents.. then she sounded annoyed because I said no do they get a commission on Roundup, I forget how much I hate this McDonald’s

I’m pretty sure a McRib isn’t supposed to come with hamburger buns lol. If your going to serve it like this, just say you don’t have it since your unable to serve it the right way. What a waste of money. I’m not sure what happened to this establishment but I think it’s time for new management. The kid at the drive through giving the food has a great personality so makes up for the rest of the garbage here.

Worst McDonalds in the area that I’ve been to. They have a tendency to give wrong items and forget to put items in the bag, but the most annoying part of this place, aside from the incredible slowness at times, is that they skimp on the fries. They routinely do not fill the fry cartons. I don’t know if this is intentional, but you do not get what you pay for at this location. I can deal with wrong orders, that happens, but their consistency in not giving what you pay for is unacceptable.
Edit: The two pictures of not-close-to-full fries (one large carton, one medium carton) are from separate visits. I’m done with this place, can’t get orders right, they don’t give you what you pay for (and they make you wait a long time for it.) Can’t even fill a medium carton of fries. Place is a scam.
