The staff was polite and started by greeting me as I walked in the restaurant. This location was clean and offered outlets for those who might need to charge their phone or use their laptop, when on the go. Breakfast was hot!!

Worst McDonalds in the area that I’ve been to. They have a tendency to give wrong items and forget to put items in the bag, but the most annoying part of this place, aside from the incredible slowness at times, is that they skimp on the fries. They routinely do not fill the fry cartons. I don’t know if this is intentional, but you do not get what you pay for at this location. I can deal with wrong orders, that happens, but their consistency in not giving what you pay for is unacceptable.

The fries were half cooked. The 3 different fountain sodas smelled like insecticide. The Big Mac only had lettuce and poor quality. The crispy spicy chicken sandwiches were a disappointment, neither crispy nor spicy. Never again to this branch. My order was placed drive through at 8:15 pm on August 12,2023.

We went through the drive thru at 5:13pm on Tuesday, March 7 . We were immediately greeted with an incredibly friendly and fun voice. Patty transformed an otherwise mundane drive thru experience into a humorous and fun time. The rest of the crew working along with her worked diligently and joined in on the laughter as we received our order from the window.

Can’t get an order right. Will always make you pull forward to skew their times. Will then forget about you waiting for your food. When they finally remember, they only bring out part of the order. Then, they seem upset when you ask for the rest, only to then mess up the food anyway. Making you go inside to get it fixed only to be deliberately ignored. Finally, they messed up the one item that was already correct just to be petty. They messed up the order 4 times, then want to refuse to fix the issue.

Jay along with all workers working Monday June 26th took food back and forth from the window opened containers and handed food out the window then asked us to pull over to the side they would bring new food out. After waiting 20 minutes we pulled back to the drive thru where they again handed us opened food already bitten from and opened drinks that were drank from. We went inside to ask for a return where Jay along with the 2 females working the 6:45-7pm shift gave a very difficult time and no apologies for the opened eaten food and the rude disrespectful behaviors. The absolute most unacceptable service and attitudes we have ever seen from a McDonald’s.
