The last couple of times we have stopped in at lunch time to find the food warmers completely empty. I tried to oder a pizza for me to pick up after work. Guy says it will b done at 4:20. I asked if he could push it back to 4:30, simply because that’s when I’ll b there after work to get it. He said no he has other customers to worry about. I told him I wanted to cancel my order and he hung up on me. So yeah, not going back

Ordered pizza for delivery arrived 2 hours late, was the wrong order and cold. We returned it to the store, they did not offer to remake our order, barely wanted to refund our money. Very frustrating experience.

I don’t know when Casey’s changed their bone-in hot wings to breaded without sauce, but I am not happy about it. When I order wings, I don’t want them to be breaded, and I do want them covered in hot sauce.

Never have anything in the warmer, gone to check at breakfast nothing, then went to check for lunch nothing. Like the kitchen staff is slow or they lazy and don’t make nothing. Needs more training and be more proactive on things. It’s like it’s a hit or miss!

Gas prices didnt match gas buddy. When i asked the staff, one person said oh we just changed it a minute ago, another worker said she had no idea. You set your gas prices, and then raise them an hour later? dirty bathrooms as well.

Ordered our pizza online as we were headed back into town, estimated time of 20 minutes. We ordered it Sunday at 530pm and stopped in at just before 6pm. The lady was VERY rude! First she told us that we didn’t order anything, but yet we had the confirmation email that we indeed did. When we asked how long it would take, she snapped and told us she didn’t know and that it was the fault of online because she has a ton of orders and the online always says 20 minutes. 3 other families came in to get their pizza to be very rudely treated as well. No pizzas for anyone had been made at all. They had a special on pizza and a drink but nothing was available to purchase for that either (we witnessed that as well) After 1 hour of ordering we finally had our pizzas, and were very rudely treated by the lady working the pizza area! So in all, she had all these orders and had absolutely NOTHING made for anything. Instead of being nice to paying customers, she was absolutely horribly rude to EVERYONE that came in!! Nothing in compensation no apologies nothing was given to anyone, just blame on us for ordering online. We have ordered online MANY times from the Casey’s in Ellendale and never had a problem with them not getting our online order or being rude if behind schedule!! In fact the one time we went in to get our pizza’s they messed up our order and gave a free large pizza to make up for it!! Need to new staff in Albert Lea or need to properly train them in customer service!! Not asking for free, just asking for respect and being treated good!!!

Placed pizza and sandwich order online. Told us 20 minutes until ready. Arrived 25 minutes later. Not even started. Told it would be another 25 minutes. Staff making pizza didn’t even offer an apology. Only asked if we still wanted our food. We weren’t the only people waiting for orders. Unfortunately, not the first time the food hasn’t been ready. Will never order a toasted sub sandwich as it was black and meat was burned to a crisp. Desk staff are very helpful. Just wish they could get more/better help for the food service.

I ordered a taco pizza last night to share with my grandkids and when I opened it the pizza was all slid over to one side in the box so of course it looked deformed. But that was okay. Upon trying to get a slice of pizza out it was difficult because it was still unbaked dough. It was also very cold, and tasted horrible. It was such a disappointment as I was craving taco pizza for several days. The pizza was delivered on time so that is a plus. And I ordered earlier in the day and requested a specific time. I could not find a link to let Casey’s know of our issues. I wish I would have thought to take pictures of it to add on this review.

We’ve haven’t had any good luck with our one and only Casey’s in town. We love the pizza, but not worth the hassle here in town. I mean how many chances can you give a place? They’ve screwed up orders, horrible service, and Tonight we ordered online the “midwestern” pizza. Got a call stating they don’t have the pizza, that was only in September…checked online and Facebook – that pizza is around until the END of October. I guess at this point I’m done trying.
