It is 12:27 and the lady that makes the food leaves at 2. So she could not make chicken tenders or anything because she needed to get stuff cleaned. People really need to do their job. This is ridiculous. There was still plenty of time to make food. We also had issues and the pump because the cashier didn’t know how to turn it on. Never will be back here.

Im trying to buy a piece of pepperoni pizza. The manager was there and tell to two guys was working that they where running out of pizza and make more. I ask how long it takes, so she tells me 6 to 7 minutes so i wait in my car and enter to the store like 10 minutes after . When i ask she tells me like 6 to 7 minutes. Both guys just talk and talk. Hey we’re waiting. You’re not gonna see me again buying anything here. More customer service and less talk.

Pizza is usually made wrong. Ordered pizza tonight and they made it wrong, didn’t offer to remake it or refund or even call to tell me they ran out of the sauce when I requested it to be remade. Horrible customer service. Kitchen staff does wear a mask. All staff were dressed unprofessionally and did not treat me respectfully. If you want pizza, stop at the Random Lake store, this one needs new management. Ridiculous!

Always clean, good staff, good pizza. I usually stop for a slice or two when I go to the cheese store just north of them. I am yet to try a fresh sub there but like a few others have said the rest of the food (other than the cheesy potatoes) are overpriced for how they are.

You have 5 Casey stores in a 10 mile radius and only one makes pizzas. That one location doesn’t make pizzas tonight because the person is a no call no show. Terrible business planning. I say get rid of a few of the station and hire someone reliable.
