This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to chicken tasted like it was left out for days,quarter pounder had the wrong patty, mayo, and not 1, not 2, but 5 unmelted slices of cheese. Tomatoes and lettuce on my burger (shouldn’t have been on there) order was all messed up, terrible food, not only do I want a refund, I want an apology for what this disgrace of an establishment is. No one should ever have to even look at this sad excuse of a fast food establishment. I think I would rather starve than eat food here. I hope the owners of this place tear the place down and make the right decision.

Could not possibly have had a worst experience. Nobody here knows how to do their job. Had an issue with the app and nobody there knew what to do and ended up losing all my points off the app and receiving nothing for them. Employee completely just did not care and had it did not care attitude. Turns out this was the manager of the establishment. Ownership you really need to take better care of this place. I won’t be back and I am not going to recommend this place in fact I will probably recommend people go anywhere but McDonald’s. Just so fed up of consistently terrible experiences here

Happy meal nuggets so old my niece couldn’t eat them. The French fries were cold and hard as well so be careful and check everything if u go here and make sure before you leave the food is edible

I needed a late night snack and a restroom stop — online page said they were open until 11. Gotnoff the interstate, found the restaurant, got up and went up to the door. Locked. Sign on door says lobby open until 11, and it was over an hour before that. Got back in car and went through the drive through, despite creepy guy standing there talking to the worker. She said the door and page were wrong, the lobby closes early. Ordered a caramel frappe. Don’t know what i got, but it wasnt a frappe — some watery thing with a hint of coffee and a hint of cream and some caramel syrup stuck at the bottom. It was horrible but it was wet so I drank it.

Super clean location, had the nicest server at the register who made my iced coffee personally to make sure she got the modifications correct. Would definitely revisit on my next road trip! If you’re the manager here, Theresa deserves a raise!!!

Went here to get the monopoly big mac. Asked for it without the center bun. Got back to work and seen it wasn’t in the regular container and had no bun at all. So along with the odd salad, i didnt get my monopoly sticker either. Can’t call or go back due to being at work.

Only got half my Order got home saw missing Order look for receipt there was not one. Hand bag to wife and got back in the white dodge truck check the video. Told drive i didn’t my full Order and told they would give out free food. I went inside and show hundreds of dollars and I don’t free food. The said they would any food for free very rudely. I said fine I pay for missing food I didn’t get. They manager said fine I will take out of pay and she was very mad at me and turn back and walk away.

3 strikes you’re out! I’m not sure what happened to this location but we will not be returning. They once were timely and accurate with orders complete opposite. And don’t try to call cause no one ever answers! Never been to a McDonald’s as bad as this one!

Returning to my local McDonald’s after the recent remodeling was a great surprise. The interior is so nice and very clean. The staff now offers “table-side service.” It’s similar to how Chick Fil A serves their customers and it’s refreshing to see McDonald’s adapting this method of customer service.
