Shockingly good for a fast casual spot. The Brussels sprouts were fried and flavored to perfection and the Colorado smash burger was excellent!! Staff were so friendly, service fest , and restaurant super clean. Random, but I love that they have hot sauce on the tables!

Do you like burgers? Then this is the place to go! Briana and Kendra were pleasant and friendly. The Double Brisket Burger was so beefy. Also, they use Haagen-Dazs instead of soft serve in their shakes -tastes way better!

Kid said he couldn’t make me a smoothie because it’s down and it’s making thick smoothie but the trash is full of smoothie cups and he made one right in front of me when I was waiting to ask for a to-go box. Literally haven’t been here for 5 years because we found a piece of hair in our burgers and service here still sucks! Do not recommend this location!

RAW chicken served here — beware
I ordered a chicken sandwich here and was absolutely disgusted to find it undercooked—still raw and rubbery inside after just two bites. This is not just disappointing, it’s dangerous. Serving raw chicken is a blatant violation of basic food safety and completely unacceptable for any restaurant. I attached photos so you can see for yourself.
Looking back, I should’ve known better after seeing all the other poor reviews of this location. Clearly, this isn’t a one-off mistake but a reflection of larger problems with how this place is run. Now I just have to hope I don’t get too sick.
To anyone thinking of eating here: think twice. There are plenty of other options nearby that won’t gamble with your health. Management needs to take immediate action before someone ends up in the hospital.

Ordered a jalapeno smashburger meal & a jalapeno chili cheesedog. Food took around 10 minutes for an in-store order and cost around $20. Everything tasted very good and I would suggest getting the seasoned smash fries they have. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and this specific location.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place was dirty, slow and unfriendly. I wasn’t greeted upon walking in I was just rudely told it’s going to be a 30 minute wait. He continued to tell new customers walking in which prompted them to turn around and walk out. I wouldn’t want my employees turning customers out the door. After I told the staff member I had an online order that was emailed as “ready for pickup” he told me my order was still cooking. After waiting 20 minutes I asked again and he grabbed a bag that had been sitting there the entire time I was waiting! The place is filthy and dirty. Nobody knows how to wipe down a table. Don’t waste your time or money.

I don’t do reviews but this one deserves it and not for good reasons. First, we have eaten at this location 3 times and every time the place looks like a tornado went through it, dirty and disarray. I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This time we ordered 3 burgers, large fries, and shakes. Meat on the burger doesn’t taste freshly cooked. Large fries also tasted old and had paper stuffed on the bottom of the container to make it look full but it wasn’t, more like halfway full. Staff said that’s how they do it??? Wish I took a picture before we returned it. Shakes are good so they earned the 2nd star. But not enough to keep me as a customer. Going to Five Guys next time I want a burger. Also, spent a good amount of time in the bathroom last night after eating from there 🙁

They get 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. I walked into a building with 4 people sitting at tables and one other person in line.
In the distance, three employees shuffled around in the kitchen, discussing how to place fries in a bag. After about 5 minutes of waiting in awkward silence, one of the employees accidentally looked toward the line formed at the register, but they quickly averted their gaze.
As several more minutes passed, I walked away from the register to inquire as to if they were accepting walk in orders, as they employees had thus far been seemingly actively avoiding customer interaction with the patrons present. I was met with sarcasm and disdain for daring to address these kings and queens of fast food.
Save your time, panda express is across the street.
