We all know McDonald’s is not known for good food, but sometimes it’s the only option for convenience and time. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this particular store. The food was hard and cold, and not even edible. When you work hard for your money, don’t give it to places like this that could care less about you as a customer. With poor management, and apathetic employees, I won’t return… you should be embarrassed to have this garbage leave your store.

Im a regular at this mcdonalds but it’s to the point that I might just find a new place to eat at because about 50% of the time thry give me heat lamp food that has sat there so long that my bread is literally half rock and half soft. (Leaving it there for hours before serving to people) on top of that it’s also a 50% chance that the people making my burgers can’t read…. the label they place on the burger literally says only ketchup and mayo (means i took everything off but the sauce and cheese) and they still continue to give me the headlamp food with the “correct label” but with onions all over it (I ask for it off every time and it’s still always on it). Mcdonalds please do something about that. If I had an allergy to onions and this is 50% of the time you would have a lawsuit on your hands. Think about your customers and make your employees understand that they need to at least read the labels and what’s on it before making it…. I ordered multiples of these (all had correct labels)and even some of them have even more onions plastered all over them to the point they were falling out of the wrapper its self….

I’m a regular at this McDonald’s because it’s super convenient for me. The staff are always friendly, and the place has a great vibe. Lately, though, the food hasn’t been up to par. My last visit, the sandwiches were a bit cold, and the fries were kind of stale. I’m hoping they can get the food quality back on track because I really enjoy coming here!

How difficult is it to put all of the items into a customer bag? EVERY SINGLE TIME items are missing or served past the best by date/time stamped on the pies. Also, why do the smoothies come only 3/4 filled?? And when I contacted customer support and clicked “submit” I received a “page not found” message. Im not one bit surprised by this.

Second McDonalds establishment where the hours are falsely advertised. It’s 4:25am, the drive thru menu is one (more than the other McDonalds) and there was an employee inside handling the cash drawer. Knocked repeatedly on the window to inquire about the expected open time but was ignored. It’s early, I get it. However, Google and the McDonalds app advertise operating hours starting at 4am. Clearly 4am is too early for McDondands

I come here almost every morning to get 4x Hot & Spicey McGriddles with Breakfast Sauce with a round egg. I love the service and the speed of the restaurant. The staff is friendly and attentive. The cook time is a little long, but I understand due to my order type and the modifications. It is sometimes hard to get someone to comet to the register due to the front counter person taking care of drive-thru orders that need to be taken out to cars as well as the Uber Eats, Door Dash orders. The Kiosk is a limited in the modifications you can make to items so I am forced to go to the counter and wait on a cashier to get the order correct.
I will give them 100% credit, they get the order correct every time and have not let me down yet.
Still a 5 star rating although they are not perfect. I go out of my way to come this McDonald’s because the other locations on Greenway & Reems, as well as Wadell & Litchfield do not offer these menu items and the service is not quite as good as Bell & 303.

I just left here. Paid $9 for a drink, 3 cookies and fries. My drink wasnt filled nor had extra ice like requested. The part im upset about is I started eating my cookies in the car and its only 2 cookies!!!! He knew he only gave me 2 and not 3. I even waited bc he said they were still baking. I will not be back. I rather go out my way. The service is always slow too.

I place an order at 11:37am or so and arrive at the drive thru at around 11:40. I get in the drive thru and wait to be served for 10 minutes and nobody serves me. I pull up to the window and the lights are off and nobody’s in the restaurant. I pull up and the workers are all sitting in their cars in the lot. Needless to say I didn’t get my food and I wouldn’t recommend going late cuz apparently they like to close early.

My food was ice cold. When I tell you I was so beyond hungry I literally felt my stomach growling in my toes. I was starving, excited for fries, a burger and my large Dr Pepper. When I got my food I tell u I bit into that burger and I immediately started tearing and sobbing. I was so excited for this McDonald and very disappointed. I’ll be back though because I’m a biggie. Warm my food up next time.

Half of our order was wrong and the lady taking our order sounded done with us before we even started ordering. Took one sip of my coffee and threw it out. At least the were quick with the food I guess.
