The manager Jennette? (don’t remember the spelling) is habitually and aggressively rude, reactive to the most minor inconveniences to the point I feel uncomfortable. I understand people can’t help having anger disorders, but it’s disappointing when a business places staff bad with people and stress in the most people-orientated, stressful roles. An accurate reflection of upper management’s values and the company in turn? Anyway, I would have been satisfied with a quick, painless sorry. Sad.

I had to call 4 different times to get some one to answer, when I did I was informed they no longer sell bacon cheeseburger pizza. So I got a LG. Meat lovers with very little meat. Took 65 minutes for the worst pizza I’ve ever had.

Tonight has been the third night I have called over an hour before closing and have been told there not cooking for the rest of the night. When asked get told they are cleaning the dough roller so no they not. Not sure what that has to do with ordering wings but not impressed to say the least

I had to wait 20 minutes for a pizza that should have been done and when I checked out they tried to charge me full price when I had enough box tops for two pizzas. Overall they wasted my time and offered me nothing. Other gas stations like Kwik Star would offer you a drink or something while you wait and have a working rewards system.

if i could give 0 stars, i would. they’ve forgotten items of our orders for the past almost 6 months. today, they forgot a sandwich, brought it back after we called, and it had peppers on it. mind you, in the order info, it specifically said no peppers. we’ve called them again and they should we bringing a new one hopefully with no peppers. been waiting 2+ hours to eat dinner and i’m beyond angry. higher ups need to hire workers than actually have at least half a brain. -4 brain cells isn’t cutting it.

we have been in charles city now for a year:) we have ordered numerous pizza from here:) All have been A plus..we had one lil mishap about ordering but the management was quick to fix..and made it more than right:) Tonight I was extremely hungry for a breakfast pizza I asked if the could do a ham breakfast pizza..i was so happy when he said yes.!! I got a sub today. 12 inch for 2 meals. The person helping me was very helpful. My only concern is how salty the meats can be, but plenty of it comes on the sandwich. The bread is very good. Prices are also good.

I recently have become aware that Casey’s will no longer be selling yoohoo drink. Needless to say this upsets me geatly. Yoohoo has been my favorite drink for as long as i can remember. It was the one thing that Casey’s had and no other store did. Please don’t stop selling yoohoo drinks it’ll be like losing a dear friend..

Almost always have what I’m looking for and usually nice staff. I have had some issues such as: multiple days in a row I’d stop on my way to work and their cappuccino machine wouldn’t work, and today a younger female rolled her eyes at me.
