John makes fantastic pizzas! I ordered pizza tonight and was not disappointed. The crust..phenomenal..the pepperoni abundant and immaculate. Mouthwatering. It was just what I needed today. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years, I have only ever had one instance where my pizza was wrong and they made another one for free! Find a John in your life. Give this man a raise.

Our family has been ordering from Marco’s Pizza in Canton for a long time, and they never disappoint. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. Every order comes out exactly right, and the staff is always warm and welcoming when we stop in. You can really tell they care about what they do. We’ve tried plenty of pizza places over the years, but Marco’s has become our family favorite because it’s reliable, delicious, and always a great experience. Highly recommend!

Haven’t ordered from here in years, but I remembered how good it was when we did. We ordered a half and half pizza. One side was double black Olives and feta cheese. The other side was onion, jalapeno and old world pepperoni. Also pictured is their cheese sticks. I was really bummed out. The old world pepperoni was odd tasting. Should have stuck to regular pepperoni. The rest was just okay. I am such a foodie and always want to give honest reviews. Cheese sticks were great. Always get the jalapeno ranch. I will wait a while and try again. Maybe it was just an off day for them.

Ugh!! Ordered a garden pizza, a pepperoni pizza and a salad tonight. After delivery driver (who must be a heavy smoker in his car because the food bag/boxes smelled horrible of cigarettes!) was gone we realized we received TWO (uncut, btw!) pepperoni pizzas and the salad. I called immediately and was told they would ‘go ahead and make the other pizza but that we would need to return the wrong one’ – which is fine with me, I didn’t order it to begin with but I think it’s poor customer service since they made the error and we now had to wait on half of our order so we could have supper together but whatever. Feeling super irritated because of the poor customer service AND what felt like an accusation of US trying to get over on THEM by calling back to get the items we ORDERED!!! Guess we’ll be ordering from their competitors in the future – this Marcos obviously doesn’t care about our business.

Very disappointed in our sub order, whoever was working on 9/26/24 needs to be fired or seriously receive feedback. This is not worth what we paid for and we usually order from this place with no issues. A few clumsy piece of meat, almost no sauce and a string if cheese. Very disappointed… not sure we’ll ever order back.

We eat here at least once a month and we are very disappointed in their customer service. They served us burnt wings tonight. Spoke to Libby, the store manager who said we need to bring them back tonight only for an exchange. It just before 5 o’clock and traffic down 140 is insane. We have small children so leaving later this eve is not an option. I told her we would bring them tomorrow and she said no. These wings shouldn’t have even been served and now that we can’t go back, they just get tossed in the garbage and our money wasted? I told her we would send her a picture and bring them in. We aren’t trying to keep them obviously and they won’t even work with us. Sorry that our schedule doesn’t fit their schedule but we didn’t burn the wings. Awful customer service. I see a ton of 1 star reviews lately….wonder what’s happening at that store.

Had a wonderful experience. Management consists of kind caring people. They smile, they care about your order being right and are thankful for the business. Our pizza was delicious, piping hot and so good. Our favorite place to get cheesy bread and pizza oh and the Greek salad is yummy!!!
