This Marcos Pizza on Hickory Flat Hwy used to be our favorite go-to pizza place ever since we moved to Harmony on the Lakes 6+ years ago. If there was an issue with the order, they always made it right! Until today. We ordered a couple of pizzas and a salad. The entire salad had lettuce that was brown on the edges. Never have I ever seen a restaurant serve brown lettuce. The manager said the lettuce was fine, within dates, just got cut “yesterday.” If a replacement were to be delivered, it would be in the same condition. The other excuse was just as outlandish. Their “new system” does NOT allow credits to be processed. With this lack of quality & poor treatment of customers, I expect their business to suffer and fail soon.

We used to love ordering from Marco’s and preferred their pizza and salad options to other places locally. We ordered tonight for spirit night at the school and have had a pretty disappointing experience. The order arrived with an item missing meant to feed a member of our family with different dietary restrictions. They didn’t call or anything to ask if there was something else they could replace it with. When I called back to ask why it wasn’t sent the assumption was that I must not have placed the order correctly. I confirmed with my online receipt that I did. They said they make the item but it would be better if I can to pick it up since it would be a while before the delivery driver could return with it. Then called back to say they don’t have the item in stock and would I want to cancel it (and therefore have no dinner…). I asked them to make something else. I had to go pick that up and they charged full price and didn’t even apply the coupon from our other order. So now I’ve spent extra gas, extra money, and don’t get to eat dinner with my family on the one night we’re supposed to all be at home together.

Placed an order online for delivery and got the call after 45 min that the driver lost his key can you pick up your pizza so I drove there and once I got to register dude was on the phone with his girlfriend for like 2 min and then hanged up and gave my order and I asked about delivery fee and tip he said he can refund the delivery fee but not the tip and he just hand me the receipt and asked me to sign it .and as I was signing the receipt see the driver took off with another pizza for delivery .. cashier was so rude and did not even say sorry one time at all .. I am really disappointed I used to order from this location and service started to go south and i was like let me try it again and now even worse ..never order from here anymore
