Server was excellent, she was attentive and tried her best. The cook and the food not so much. We started our meal with shrimp lejon which was a bacon wrapped shrimp. It was apparently meant to be overcooked because both orders came out the same way after we sent the first back because we believe it to be burnt. The bacon was dry and the shrimp was chewy, they should rethink that menu item. I had the Pittsburgh steak with the lobster sauce and it came with a side of pasta. The lobster sauce was the star of the evening and it was the only reason the steak was edible. Half of it was cooked to order while the smaller side was overcooked and tough. There were parts I couldn’t even chew through and I grew up eating well done sirloin. The pasta was cooked properly but lacked any real stand out flavor. The wife order the crab stuff jumbo shrimp which looked appetizing, but weren’t. The crab stuffing was just that crab stuffing with more bread than crab and it was drenched in butter which made it greasy and inedible. Hers came with a side of pasta as well that again lacked flavor. This place while it has a elegant dining room and served for a quiet date night will not be remembered fondly nor will we return.

Nice staff and great menu options. Our take out order fed us for 3 days it was so much food! Really happy to be able to order side of veggies instead of all heavy pasta like other places. Looking forward to our next visit.

Cascata was one few of my father’s favorite restaurants. We went there often & got takeout. When my father passed away in February, we had his luncheon there. There were a lot of people from out of state & everyone loved the food. Jay and his crew are awesome. Thank you again & see you soon.

The food was nothing special. Seems to have gone down hill. Our server was very good. We were shocked at the lack of patrons. In the time we were there They had about 12 dinners served. We were there for 2 hours.

We had a birthday dinner last Sunday for my sister’s special day. We’ve been here several times just not so many of us at once. With thirteen in our party including a two year old, I know it could’t have been easy & I really wanted to give a shout out to our waitress, Danielle. We kept her so busy and she was just so wonderful & really helped to make our family dinner so nice. The food here is always amazing & we just love this place!

Update 2 years later! Ordered the Vodka Sauce Pasta with mushrooms, asparagus and tomatoes in a lobster cream sauce = amazing. Husband ordered the Pollo Asparagi and loves it! The food is always piping hot and fresh! We love this place!
