I order casa ole a lot through door dash a lot (use different name) but today when I received my order I was SHOOK! I called once I placed my order to verify and to see what kind of lemonade they had, if they had strawberry. Miguel on the phone told me sorry they only had regular and I asked my little one if that was okay. She said yes. Well I got the order and I found this note and some strawberry flavor in the bag for her lemonade!! Besides that everything about our food was perfect! Miguel is beyond amazing for this! I just had to leave this review. So you know if you order door dash for casa ole they will take care of your order down to the details and go above and beyond for you especially if you call to verify or ask something. Thank you so much Miguel for the amazing service!

Clean, friendly staff members, food was good, great services, me and my family had an amazing waiter. It wasn’t too crowded when we went. Our waiter’s name was Josh Amos. I highly recommend you ask for him. Josh answered our questions honestly when we asked about certain foods, he was friendly and never kept us waiting even though he was the only waiter working the floor and had other customers.

Stopped in here for a quick bite and a margarita while shopping in the mall. Ariana was my server she checked on us multiple times and took our order in a very timely manner, food wasn’t fantastic but tasted great for the price. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is this place feels really weird the atmosphere is super odd it felt like I entered the twilight zone as soon as I stepped into the restaurant. Everything else was amazing though! Just a strange vibe.

They were training new staff the other day and all of our food came out hot and delicious. Our server was amazing and on top of everything. Never had to ask or bother for anything. Definitely will be back. Our enchilada dinner was amazing.

Ordered delivery and it was the worse meal I have ever had. Bought 1 lb of chicken fajatas – they were bland, wet, no seasoning. The onions were still raw. They put pico in with the quac and cheese so it was all watery. The soup was cold. The queso was bland and the chips were stale. Best part they did not add any tortillas. How do you screw up an order so badly?
