We ordered from here a couple months ago and we used a gift certificate. They took it from us but still charge us for the full amount, which I didn’t realize until we got home. I called and they said they would put a credit on my account, but they never did. Food is at least good though.

Horrible pizza didn’t have any sauce on it was really dry. Was a good thing qe odered extra chicken and bacon otherwise we wouldn’t have been any on the pizza. The worst we’ve ever had very disappointed it was a waste of $20.

They are rude never received my order, asked for refund since I had waited almost 30 minutes for cheesy bread. Dude in gray hat scratched his head while preparing the food. The drawer will probably be short as I guess the guy who was the manager threw my 20 dollars back. Oh well definitely lost a customer.

So I ordered 2 items for supper. The total was 36.75, and I put in there for contactless delivery. When the driver came he pounded on our door several times and when I answered the door he shoved the pizza at me and tossed the receipt at my husband. When my husband look at our account today he was charged an extra 5 dollars for a tip that he did not authorize. When we found out about it we called the store and the manager hung up on us, then we called back and said it’s a bank issue since it’s still pending. It was not pending. SO BE SURE THAT IF YOU ORDER FROM THIS STORE CHECK YOUR RECEIPT THE DRIVERS PUT TIPS ON YOUR ORDER WITHOUT YOU KNOWING.

Fast delivery! Pizza not so much! The taste was very sour. The order was correct but the ingredients oh my, if I was the manager I wouldnt have serve this to any customers. I think the sauce was setting to long or maybe it was setting and the temperature was off. I had to throw the pizza in the trash. The pinnapples on the pizza wasnt even sweet. Took the 1st bite I almost gag. Trust and believe I didnt call and ask to them to replace it.. I ended up eating cereal. Hmm I dnt think I will ever return. I will stick with Old Chicago. Suppose thats what laziness get you. Delivery a no go!
Update: redemption is the key to success. They sold me like for real. 06/01/2023. They did a damn good job this time. Im impressed shouldve tip the driver 30 bucks on this. I was desperate today and they please me very well. Okay doesnt mean i will come back though lol.
