The signs posted says that the dine-in Lobby hours close at 10:00 p.m. I arrived around 9:15 p.m. and the doors were locked and I was told that I had to go through drive-thru. Remind you I walked! Can a supervisor contact me about this matter because I’m really frustrated that I walked really far and could not eat. Also can you guys change your signs to the proper hours, that’s not fair to be misleading to customers.

This used to be our go-to fast food place. Price hikes and poor service have changed that. Employees are rude and if management is only interested in ESG and DEI scores, why raise prices? The profit motive is dead.

The last three times I have come here I have asked for the fish sandwich. The employee thought that it might have gone away. Mentioned the decal on the front window. Mobile ordered took 20 30 mins after getting in line.. make you wait just to tell you to wait again.. then, after waiting twice, I gotta wait more in the front.. then theyforget the drinks, everything els is smashed into a small bag.. and gotta wait longer for the drinks.. don’t come to early cuz they don’t show up on time store still dark at 6:25am.. Came here at 12 afternoon on a Tuesday, ordered chicken sandwiches and a combo with the coupon we had. Very friendly customer service, waited about 10 minutes for food. Chicken sandwiches were surprisingly pretty good, it’s like an uptier McChicken from McDonald’s. Six dollars for the sandwich, $10 for the combo. Prices are a little high in my opinion but we did enjoy yourselves. Ate in the parking lot

This carl’s jr used to be my favorite one since I live less than 5 minutes away, I used to come every day and would normally give them 5 stars. But the last 2 times have been horrible enough service and production that I’ve vowed to never come back again. I always order the same thing, the#17 (3 piece chicken tenders box), with a large fry instead, only the fries and a regular dr pepper with a small criss cut fry on the side. I order this so often that most of the staff automatically know it’s me when I start to order and usually know exactly all the little extras, even down to the sauces.

The dining room is locked at 2pm on A Sunday.. that’s pretty sketchy. When I asked the person working the drive thru window why the dining room was closed I was told, “we were kinda slow today”. Well, it’s going to get a little bit slower because I won’t be returning. The other location is further, but I’ll make the drive for consistent and friendly service
