this morning i came to carls to grab my breakfast stake burrito and mannnn i have to be honest with u this by far has to be the worst burrito i ever had it was cold the meat was verry rubbery the cheese was super cold like it just came out the freeser cold over all not a good burrito i couldnt eat it the tatertots stale like they been sitting for a long time. look hear me out i sometimes dont like my job but i do it with a smile in my face cuss i know thats what pays my bills if u guys dont like ur job please quit go get u another 1 instead of wasting peoples money and time. neadless to say but u just lost ur self a customer to ur location i love carls jr i just wont be back to ur location ohh and do something about ur bathroom it reeks in there

Establishment needs cleaning,Dust is everywhere and old food on tables and floor seems like it never gets a wipe down at all, And the employees need to listen to the customer! When Asked if you want to upgrade the meal and tell them no they do it anyways! Then once asked why customer was charged more she didn’t have an answer. Didn’t offer to make any changes to the order! Management ask employee what was wrong, and then says well if that KAREN doesn’t like is she doesn’t need to come back to her location! Wow, Really! Not worth the trouble stopping at this location..

They can not seem to put lids on correctly. Drink spilled all over my pants and car! Fries sucked cold and limp. Also bun was soggy ! And I did only wait4-5 mins to eat. Because I was cleaning my car from the soda spill drive up with down lady caused!

WASTE OF MONEY AND DISGUSTING.. I ordered an $8 breakfast burrito. Went to use the restroom and almost just left without collecting my breakfast because of how disgusting the restrooms were. I don’t think they had been cleaned in months and I was worried the kitchen was in the same condition.
