To start thank you for the opportunity to do a review.
My husband and I moved to Conway in 2012
Always heard bad things and bad reviews on line about BK
Today we decided to see for ourselves and dined in for lunch.
We placed our order.
We finally figured out how to use the Very nice Brand New soda dispenser ☺️.
I proceeded to find us seats we would enjoy eating our meal.
I sat waiting patiently, my husband still waiting for our order.
They had what I consider for the store to be busy but not to busy to give me my food (An inside diner) who’s husband was waiting so long I thought
WI hat the world.
He came to the table I had chosen looking flustered.
He says” They put our burgers on the tray then proceed to fill all the to go orders after then put last of fries on our tray.
He then says the burgers are probably cold because they sat on tray not under the. heat lamp for a good while.
Minutes of course.
I said after trying the well at least they are fresh.
We then chatted and proceeded to eat our lunch.
I noticed people coming and going so they had some foot traffic during our visit.
Everyone seemed very business oriented.
Could’ve performed some task better in my humble opinion.
While we were eating
The young lady that was our cashier
Has no customers in line.
only diners eating in
Then she proceeded to began to start cleaning and whipping tables.
Which I thought from a former food industry worker
“If you have time to lean
You have time to clean”.
So
I’m our opinion it wasn’t as bad as everyone’s low review
But it could be better.
Please understand this isn’t a bad review at all
I wish I could’ve given 5 stars
but we can’t.
We will definitely go there again.
This was a Friday lunch so
Conway was hustling,
Over all definitely 4 Stars

Ended up not ordering anything. At 1:26, I pulled up to the drive through sign to order lunch and was immediately informed that they were only serving chicken and fish sandwiches.????? BURGER KING? No Burgers. I asked if they’d honor the fish sandwich combo for me to honor the NATIONAL ADVERTISEMENT OF DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER. He said no, we will charge the same price as usual. Burger King??????

I did my first order in the app and the app set the location wrong. When I got there to pick up, my location didn’t have an order for me. The manager asked what I ordered, they made it and everything was wonderful.
This is the only BK I go to, every other location has messed up my orders. Staff here are friendly and they work to make things right.

I ordered a regular and spicy order of Nuggets. I pulled to the side of B/K to make sure my order was correct. I reached over and pull the spicy nuggets out of the bag side ways and the sauce spilled all over my passenger front seat. (pic included). I went back to the drive through to let them know what happened. I assume I was talking to the manager. I explain the situation and she replied, that’s how the spicy nugget come. I said you should let customers know when they’re ordering these, the sauce is poured directly into the bag, she replied again… that’s how they come, and slowly closed the window. I’m not sure if she wasn’t able too comprehend or just didn’t care about my concern for the next customer who ordered the spicy nuggets.
B/K if this is common practice, please contact other fast food restaurant or google it, for a better way to apply sauce to your spicy nuggets.

The staff is always friendly at this location. The place does need a bit of a facelift or remodel. During the summer months the A/C unit broke and the staff had the doors propped open because it was actually cooler outside than inside. They do a good job with what they are dealt with at this location. Give these people an upgraded store. It always seems to be busy otherwise.

I bought the whopper took two bites and it tasted terrible. I opened it up and realized the lettuce was bad tomatoes were bad and even the pickles were bad. I will not be returning to this Burger King!!

My chicken sandwich was overcooked so I asked for a fresh one and it was burnt and they didn’t put the condiments on the way I had ordered it. They were upset with me because I had gone back in asked them to make a fresh one. It looked like they just put some old ones back into grease to reheat them.

You know what. I had the best customer service experience at this business. There were 2 ladies working (from what I seen) and they were rocking that place!!!!!!
OMG!!! PLEASE PAY PEOPLE BETTER AND REWARD THEM FOR HARD WORK.
CORPORATE PROFITS MEAN NOTHING IF YOUR STAFF ARE OVERWORKED AND UNDERPAID. THESE LADIES WERE SMILING WITH DRIVE THROUGH GOING LIKE 6 PEOPLE WERE WORKING AND THE FOOD WAS HOT!!! BLESS YOU LADIES FOR BEING A BLESSING.
