My chicken sandwich was overcooked so I asked for a fresh one and it was burnt and they didn’t put the condiments on the way I had ordered it. They were upset with me because I had gone back in asked them to make a fresh one. It looked like they just put some old ones back into grease to reheat them.

I’m just leaving a review because of the new bacon, cheeseburger melt. It was pitiful. It was so dry I needed my tea to wash it down. Don’t pay the extra money. The ice cream machine was down, so no shakes, also no diet soda.

The absolute worst service and burger I’ve ever received!! This woman at the drive through with no teeth (horribly unattractive) was horribly rude to us called her manager to finish the transaction who was equally as rude… all because I asked for my cheeseburger to be cooked fresh to order . She told me they dropped multiple patties all day long and they weren’t going to just make one for me specifically. Then the manager said it was because if thier shift change (4:03pm) and the girl couldn’t hear our order because something was wrong with thier intercoms… not my problem on either!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to BK in Conway, SC and got supper on Sunday night. My onion rings were hard as a rock and my sister ordered cheese on her burger, got no cheese. It will be a while before we go back there again.

Went there about 2 weeks ago and with 1 car in front of me we waited 15 minutes for the simplest of orders. And then they forgot our fries. Went inside to get them and waited even longer. Lady looked to maybe be a manager seemed like she just didn’t care or she definitely doesn’t know how to be a manager and needs desperate training. Decided to give them another chance yesterday and there was 1 car behind us and was told to pull up to wait for our order. Got the bag and half way home realized we had the gentleman behind us food. We will not be returning to this BK! I loved BK growing up but this 1 location needs to be shut down!
