I stopped in tonight for the jalapeños double cheeseburger w/o tomato’s or onions. Came back to fix and they gave me the wrong burger on my second go around. Then the kid tells me, they don’t even sell my original burger order. So then they just give you jalapeño burger no extra meat. This was the worst Fast Casual visit ever. I want a refund ASAP

This is by far the worst Carl’s Jrs in the area. I don’t know why I keep returning. I won’t anymore. The food quality here is extremely low. The chicken seems stringy and the food is always cold. This last time they messed up my order and unfortunately I didn’t realize until I was home. The customer service is awful and the food is terrible. The other locations are not quite so bad but unfortunately this is the closest Carl’s to my house.

Pretty quick with service. Online ordering is pretty efficient. This one is better than the Carl’s Jr off Douglas Dr. That one is a bit slower/less efficient. The only drawback to this one is getting into the drive-thru. If you’re driving in the opposite direction to get to it, you have to make a 3 point turn or drive to the next entrance to the parking lot to get to the drive thru.

I would advise not to go here if they’re busy. We waited about 10 minutes at the window for our second sandwich, no biggie, it happens. But it was raw so obviously they’re not paying too much attention to the quality of the food before trying to hand it out.
