So they had no ketchup. They ran out. Hello! Who does the ordering here for supplies? Get it together. Not to mention they were out of ice in Both self serve machines, no sugar free Lemonade. Never seen a fast food restaurant lacking some many normal items. Then when you ask the employees for ice or drinks that are out, they kinda have attitude. Like I was inconveniencing them.

This place has gone down hill from where I started going. The new people they hire are not trained properly and are under staffed. They allow the homeless to hangout and harass the customers. The quality of the food has gone down. I used to have to wait for the food to be cooked now its is precooked and they just have to through it together. The food is warm at best item’s are just piled on and smashed in place. Today’s youth have no pride in what they do they just do it. I will not be going back to this Carl’s jr.

Best burgers in town. The menu has a lot of options. Bring in your coupons to save extra money. French fries are in the top three. Most are open on the inside for hot summer days.

JADEN GOT AGGRESSIVE when I recently called about missing items in my order. I was speaking with the girl with all the tattoos and he was heckling over the phone. The girl with the tattoos allowed him to be verbally aggressive and failed to control her employee, as she allowed him to be a third party in our phone conversation. She said she gave me the item in question, but she was lying. She also wouldn’t give me her name after multiple requests. This is why I refer to her as tattoo girl. Jaden began to follow me out of the store while arguing with me, as though he wanted to fight me at which point I began recording him and he stopped. All because I asked for a refund for food not received. This is not the face you want representing your corporation. Had I not began recording, there would’ve been a scuffle in the parking lot. He’s a liability, an accident waiting to happen. Now that Carls Jr is aware of his behavior, it’s pure negligence if an incident occurs with this employee. Good luck in your fast food career JADEN. Obviously the result of poor parenting, you don’t test people, much less customers, like this. The funniest part was when I returned for my $1.40 refund…Jaden says, “Hello sir, be right with you.” I guess when you pay your employees minimum wage, this is expected behavior. Horrible dinner experience.

We ordered from the drive through and was asked to pull to the front. Our food was cold and burgers were very greasy and tasted old. I typically have a decent experience at this location. It was very disappointing that our order was cold and soaked in grease. The only reason was I gave a two star review is because the employee was very polite.

Got there 20 minutes before nine and they had already closed the lobby. Was there to pick up a delivery order that was already ready and was told I had to wait in the long drive through line. All they had to do was literally just hand me the order.

First 1 star review I’ve ever left. Unbelievably bad. The staff should be embarrassed, there lack of effort is not worth minimum wage. 3 people ignored us. First a blonde girl, on her phone, made eye contact an went around corner out of sight. 2nd guy looked at us 3 times, never a word an no service. #3 person walks up to register, says nothing an walks away..Really you get a pay check for that?
