Stopped by got the BYOB meals for lunch . So just used the drive thru they did a great job food was perfect . It didn’t take long yo get the food used the moblie app.

I like them better than most others. Their rewards program is pretty good. Manager here is very nice and sets the expectations for the crew. Food is good, just wish they didn’t wrap the burger so tight. Got a smashed football last time.

Coco was super nice and attentive to my needs and I felt like we had similar values. I’m not sure about the other workers, but she is great nicer than several other fast food drive thrus who are rude or pushing you down the line or avoidant. It was refreshing to experience a better human experience here because of her. And the zucchini famous star no cheese no mayo and waffle fries and frozen lemons were good. I went for the beying but since this is less processed I actually liked it a lot. Lol the fried part also helped. ✨ Thank you!

The Latino lady was rude and controlling. I walked in to pay for my client’s food with her card. As soon as she came to the register, two in store customers began complaining about how long it is taking to get their food. Then, when I went to pay, I was told to manually enter my card number onto the keypad. I didn’t expect this as I didn’t have my glasses on me so I couldn’t see the numbers. Then I got scared because I have never had a business ask me to enter my card number when the card has a chip. Plus, there were other pay points on the counter. So, I didn’t feel safe and I went to another business nearby.

I picked up an order, and the restaurant did not have a drink carrier available. I had four drinks along with a food bag, which made everything difficult to carry. When I asked about a drink carrier, the employee said they did not have any and did not offer any help. Better preparation and basic assistance would improve the customer experience.

This place has gone down hill from where I started going. The new people they hire are not trained properly and are under staffed. They allow the homeless to hangout and harass the customers. The quality of the food has gone down. I used to have to wait for the food to be cooked now its is precooked and they just have to through it together. The food is warm at best item’s are just piled on and smashed in place. Today’s youth have no pride in what they do they just do it. I will not be going back to this Carl’s jr.

I’ve been here a couple times while I wait for my car to charge and I buy something to eat and use the restroom. But the last couple of times, even though it’s not late, they won’t let you use the restroom even though it’s the only one near the charging area and even if you buy something they won’t let you. It’s just wrong in my opinion. The little girl working there was rude about it tonight when I asked, luckily I didn’t waste my money buying a drink today. ♂️

I use to hate carls jr for what reason idk … i started going because my husband likes to eat there . What so ever the first time i went i got a strawberry shake , this was not so long ago i would say a month or so , and we would go at least twice a week for a shake , never had a problem until yesterday ( sep 3 ) the cashiers looked like they didnt even want to work ! They had a fuchi face , we did order two shakes , and when they hand me the shakes , they were soooo melted !!! Like water !!!!! We did try telling the cashier and she said it was because its hot , and the ice cream melts , which i understand but we been going during summer and never had a problem it seem like she just didnt want to redo them . Probably should check out you guys cashier before hiring because they have no manners , they dont even thank you nor nothing .
