Stamp Bar and Grill in San Carlos is a solid go-to spot if you’re looking for a lively and versatile dining experience. The ambience strikes a great balance between casual and upscale, with a modern, inviting vibe. Whether you’re seated indoors or out on the patio, the setting is comfortable and welcoming — perfect for everything from a casual date night to a group hangout.
The menu offers a solid variety of food and drink options, with something for everyone. Their vegan dishes are thoughtfully prepared and flavorful, not just afterthoughts. The drink list is also impressive, featuring local beers, creative cocktails, and a well-curated wine selection.
One of the highlights is their outdoor patio, which is spacious and great for sunny days or warm evenings. Inside, multiple screens make it an ideal place to catch a sports game without feeling like you’re in a typical sports bar. Service is friendly and attentive without being overbearing.
Expect to spend around $100 or more for two people if you’re doing drinks and an appetizer with your meal — a bit on the higher side, but the quality and atmosphere make it worthwhile. Overall, Stamp Bar and Grill delivers a satisfying, well-rounded experience.

Came in for the first time despite walking by this place several times. I always thought “it’s a steakhouse” which I don’t really stop by with the kids in tow. However, we were trying to find a place that had an acceptable chocolate dessert for one, and not-a-steak for another.
The menu had so many good options, and clearly it’s not just a steakhouse. But, it does have some good menu options that are steakhouse-like and lots of other good options for kids and a good selection of drinks. We had the oxtail stew, seafood stew, rigatoni bolognese, flourless chocolate cake, and truffle fries.
The service was great and very friendly and the ambience is not too stuffy. It can get loud, but that was ok. Overall, I really liked this place, and will add it to the kid-approved list of Laurel restaurants.

We went after the Farmers Market on Sunday. They had a nice Prefix Lunch Special for $19.99.
My girlfriend ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese with a Cesar salad ,
I ordered the Wagyu Beef Sliders
and the Macaroni and Cheese .
Everything was delicious and service was great and attentive.
Will definitely be back soon

Finally dining in after restrictions have been lifted! We chanced upon Stamp while walking along looking for a place to get lunch. We were greeted by Steve, shown to our table and he explained the menu in detail! Everything we ordered was excellent – the Colorado lamb riblets dish was juicy and not gamey at all, the oxtail stew very comforting, and the duck was tender and tasty. The risotto with the duck was so good, and enough for two people.
We were given a complimentary fruit tart which was really good too. The crust was crispy and light, unlike the traditional hard and heavy ones.
We will be back!
PS. Look for Steve …. excellent service!

There seems to be always reservations available, which is nice! Been eyeing this place and finally got to try it with my parents. Tried Mexican genre this time – ceviche, queso something with mushroom, quesadilla with shrimp (custom order) – all was delicious! Store bought tortilla chips though and the margarita took forever. Next time will come back to try the pastas

GOOD COOKING – Menu has a Mexican twist. Salmon entree was excellent. Tuna poke appetizer was good but small for $18. Kids menu. Need bread service, and fix the lights (dim them). With a few tweaks it could get 5 stars.

Special menu for special day. I think it’s a bit expensive than usual. Fettuccine is outstanding. Pork Chop is good. Oxtail Stew Risotto is Not that Risotto… Very disappointed for the desserts, especially Churro.

This was my first time dining at Stamp. We loved the menu, and my friend said her lasagna was the best she’d ever eaten. (A huge compliment!) I took off stars because the waiter did not pay enough attention to my allergies. He seemed to pay attention and wrote down everything. However, he put a plate down in front of me that clearly had allergens… Several in a sauce. Chef missed it and the waiter didn’t even look before serving me. Then, he told me I could have a dessert that I knew had an allergen in it. He seemed to care and try, but his mistake would’ve been my trip to the ER. I did not feel safe.

Great vegetarian options on the menu. I had the vegetarian paella w/ a side of sauteed spinach. Scrumptious! Good wines available, too. Fair prices, and great service!

Came here last week and was blown away. Just had to come back today and again the food was phenomenal. We’ve had the ribeye, pork chop, seafood tostadas, and the chile relleno. Both times we’ve had the white truffle gnocci because they are so delicious. I have to mention that the service here is outstanding. I highly recommend this place.
