Went there right at 11am. She turned on the breakfast sign and told us they weren’t serving it anymore. My nephew ordered his food, and she walked away. I stood at the window for 10 minutes and not one person asked us for our order. By this time, my nephew was sitting waiting for his food. During breakfast hours, waited to long to get food. two cars ahead of me must have been waiting for something to finish cooking they should have told him to pull forward instead of making us all wait 10 min.(yes I timed it)….. Once that car got their food it was better but my food was cold, so I know it was really long ago and just sat in a bag by drive thru window. This store also is very understaffed. Get more help!

This is the worst Carl’s I’ve ever been to. If the ridiculous drive trhu wait want bad enough, I love the Spicy chicken sandwich but I’ve ordered it on numerous occasions with SWISS cheese and received AMERICAN cheese every single time. One morning for breakfast I ordered the only thing I’d ever consider from them, the loaded breakfast burrito. I received something with a bunch of vegetables in it and when I told the lady it was wrong, she had the nerve to argue with me and call me a liar. Just today the drive thru girl looked my straight in the face asking if I wanted sauce for my fries, I said, “Yes, ketchup please.” She reached over and grabbed 2 ranch. These people seriously suck!
