I visited this Starbucks a few ago and was really disappointed by the unprofessional behavior from staff and complete lack of management oversight.
While waiting for my order, I clearly overheard one of the baristas (a Black female employee) openly complaining and saying she hates white people. This was said loud enough for multiple customers in the area to hear, including myself. The store manager was sitting right there in the lobby the entire time, but instead of addressing the situation or supervising his team, he was completely absorbed in shopping on Amazon and listening to music with earbuds in. He didn’t intervene, check on the store, or even notice what was happening around him.
This kind of open hostility and blatant disregard for a welcoming environment is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing business like Starbucks. I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it’s clear there’s no real leadership holding the team accountable. I’ve been a regular Starbucks customer for years, but this experience made me question whether I’ll return to this location. Management needs to step up and ensure staff maintain professionalism and respect for all customers.

In my opinion Starbucks as a whole has fallen off. I ordered my usual Carmel macchiato with extra Carmel and it’s more milk then coffee barely any Carmel no matter what location I go to it’s the same thing milk with a hint of coffee

We were traveling over Thanksgiving and we pulled into this Starbucks at 857 (maybe later) not realizing that they close at 9. The Starbucks in our area close at ten. We realized that they were in the process of closing while we were in there.

Everyone was really nice about it even though I’m sure that they were annoyed at the last minute orders. Our orders were quick and correct and the employees were really nice. We really appreciated the understanding. We really do try not to go to restaurants at closing time.

I know it was closing hours but the drinks were so bad. My pink drink was white had no flavor at all. The Matcha I ordered were so chalky and simple it was bad I will never return to the Starbucks I know it was late and getting close to closing but you should at least try to make the drinks good.

i have never had an issue before. they messed my drink up and stopped me before i even noticed it and asked someone to move when i reported them on the handicapped lines. the service is spectacular, the environment is wonderful. its clean and overall their attitudes are welcoming. 100/10 i recommend this location

Great service from the workers, very jolly, definitely still have the holiday vibes. The food is always great, but this time, the cheese wasn’t fully melted for grilled cheese. A small thing, but when it’s melted to its perfection, the blend of flavors they add to the sandwich just explodes, and you really get the best experience. This location, like many others, is also out of stock of many items. You can’t order the holiday drinks, something I wanted, but I had to settle with carmel Frappuccino. The buildings atmosphere is very empty feeling, with the layout they choose to use. Also, it looked like the location may have been newly renovated, but they neglected the floors. There’s rust here and there, along with mold in the bathrooms.

They wouldn’t let me PAY for a pup cup. And then was rude about it. They were sold out of what I had wanted to order but I still had a dog in the car that knew we were at Starbucks. So I just went over to sonic and gave them my money for a pup cup.

I had an outstanding experience at this Starbucks today around 8:00 a.m. The gentleman taking my order at the speaker was polite, professional, and made sure I had everything I needed. At the window, the woman who handed me my order was equally friendly and even suggested a way to enhance my drink, which I really appreciated. Exceptional service all around—I’ll definitely keep coming back!
