This is my favorite Starbucks. The atmosphere, location and staff are all wonderful. Someone that has stuck out, Star, always has the biggest smile and greets everyone with so much love and enthusiasm. She quickly became my little boy’s favorite stop for a cake pop :). I hope she receives the recognition she deserves! Everyone is truly a joy to see first thing in the morning!

I’m starting to dislike this location more and more. The drive through is typically slow. Then today I had to drive away in shame without my order because all had was cash and the smallest bill I had was a $50. My order was 15.64. I went to give my money and she snatched her hand back and said oh I can’t take that unless you spend $20 then it seem to be some confusion if that was correct. However, this policy is shown anywhere or said. I would never had even stopped and order if I knew this. It should be posted outside and inside. I normally use my card but I didn’t have it just my cash. Here’s the kicker I drove to a different location, made the same order and PAID with my $50 bill.

Not accommodating for those with allergies, other locations don’t get an attitude when I ask for sanitized prep of drinks. Augusta Road location is better for this reason.

Had an iced coffee & the milk tasted rotten. i called & let them know, they said the the date wasn’t saying it was expired. It tasted awful, went to the other starbucks close to sonice & hardees & told them & they said another customer had complained as well & she gave it to me for free.

I was immediately created and welcomed into the store. As soon as I ordered my food she got it started and then proceeded with my drink order. My complete order was out in less than 8 minutes during Peak. I was very impressed with their service and how happy everyone was. I will definitely visit this store again

This location has decreased in something… I come here often and use the app 99% of the time. The caramel ribbon crunch? No crunch and no coffee, just whipped cream and look at the bottom? My usual that I get is a brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso, and today, I got straight strong iced coffee. I’ve been to the location in Lexington red bank area on platt springs twice now and I think I’ll use the extra gas to go there from now on regardless of how close this location is. If I’m gonna be spending 15$ on 2 drinks I’m gonna get what I paid for. And the other location I’ve went to, shout-out to them because both times my drink was amazing, way better than what I normally get here at this location. Do better.
