Walked into store. The two employees were in the cooking area viewing something on a phone. I had to say something to get their attention. Then I ordered a sausage and biscuit sandwich. Cashier asked several times if I wanted to order a combo. I said just a sausage and biscuit. The sandwich had cheese on it. I asked and received a refund. I was the only customer in the store. So many times I come for a quick order and I end up staying so much longer than I expect. Ranges from not being answered at the drive thru speakers for 10 minutes to employees who don’t seem to want to do their jobs and treat me as a nuisance. It’s honestly so tiring. Usually come here around 6-8 pm. Please talk with your crew.

Do your self a favor and don’t come here. If there is a glimmer of hope that it will be decent let this be your sign that you will be disappointed. Where do I begin, from the really long wait with only two people in front of me in the drive through, or the over priced disappointing chicken sandwich, or the non acknowledging staff. Even if the line is twice as long at Popeyes across the way, the chances are that you will be served faster and with better priced and better tasting food. This place is taking up space and should be closed ASAP.

As so many other reviews before me have stated… the wait time is ridiculous! The staff do not acknowledge your even at a window to order. There was one car in front of me so I thought it wouldn’t take long, I was wrong. They were asking everyone to come around to the front to save their wait times at the drive through window. It took 38mins to get a burger, fries, and chicken stars. The staff claimed they only had 3 people working and were backed up after I complained. Why would you try to fake that the line is short in this situation. Your bosses will only think that you can somehow operate with that little staff and cut workers for the bottom line because you’ve faked your times. Or you will misinform your customers and create the exact problem that was experienced today. Had I known there was a line or a wait I could have chosen another place to get food from or at least been aware that I’d be waiting.

Live 2 blocks going since 2010, Local Management has Killed this One & I’m Sure Another 8 local, Owned by Same Franchiser. Used To Be Great. Now Really bad, Evidence, There’s No Line @ Window, Every Other Joint on Craig has A huge Line, Yeah Try going there for Breakfast, 14 minute wait, PLEASE Build It Up Again
