Overly sweet drink and pricey for what you get. As a coffee person when ordering from here, I usually just get expresso or plain coffee because any flavoring added overpowers the coffee. Food is mediocre, hot but bland tasting.

Saturday morning we stopped at this Caribou on our way to a wedding. We were the 5th car in line in the drive thru. When we got to the window, I ordered a Vanilla Chai. The person taking the order acted as if she’d never heard of it. 25 minutes later we left, without coffee, because we were STILL the third car in line. I looked back as we were turning on to Carmichael, and there was still no movement in the line. I’ve been to Caribou Coffee Shops in multiple states, and NEVER had service this slow. Something was radically wrong here.
