I’ve had both good and bad experiences at this McD but I feel it’s important to amplify the good reviews as much as the dissatisfied ones and just gotta say this frappe looks and tastes awesome! Went here for the first time and when I got my food it was just slop, it was so bad the bread was covered in ketchup and mustard to where I had to clean it off in order to hold my burger at all. On top of that the over use of condiments was too much, all I could taste was mustard. But I mean that also explains the slop. I pay for my food to receive it in such a manner.

Consistently getting orders wrong. Just left with the wrong order, went back and it was remade, but it was wrong again. No time to go back a third time. Management needs to step up. I don’t think I’ve had a completely correct order for months.

By far the best McDonald’s in Richmond Indiana! They were short-staffed but, the crew that was there was cool headed and getting things done in a calm, courteous manner and doing it with a smile! Thank you, McDonald’s West!
