This is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever encountered! We live close by and eat here frequently and every time we do, I always tell my husband never again! Between management wanting to argue with you about everything, the raw fries that they frequently hand out, not making orders correctly every single time, and even something as simple as counting nuggets correctly, its awful! Might want to start giving these people a simple math test because some of them cant even count to 4, 6, 10, or 20! Came through about a week ago and got 3 $5 bags and all 3 only had 3 nuggets in each container! Also had a missing sandwich, talked to the manager and was told to come back in and get it, then get there only for this same manager wanting to argue and say we still had to pay for it! Do better!

Get an inspection, customer on Facebook posted about finding roach in their wrapper with their food. Is this really how yall want to serve your customer, and have your crew work in a dirty environment like that? I and a lot of other people would be very upset if you guys do not make a response to this asap. It’s been over a week since I’ve posted this and still no response or action made, does upper management or the owners even care a this point? 3 start average review at this location and still nothing done. Pitiful.

Only McDonald’s that makes you pull into a parking spot when going through the drive through. It doesn’t matter what time of day and if there are no other cars in line, you will be asked to pull into a parking spot and wait for someone to bring your food. Literally having mobile ordering and a drive through at this location is absolutely pointless. Every single time.

I was outside waiting in the cold for my ride and the manager was nice enough to let me come in and let me stay warm while I waited for him and I was able to order food which I really appreciated super nice highly recommend

I’ve had both good and bad experiences at this McD but I feel it’s important to amplify the good reviews as much as the dissatisfied ones and just gotta say this frappe looks and tastes awesome! Place was nice and clean. The kiosk made the order easy. Lady behind the counter made it great. 8/29 @8:30pm
