Went in around 7PM, they close at 8. had ordered online – drink was ready at precicely the correct time. Two barristas were friendly. Stuck around for about 45 minutes before my next appointment. Love the comfy chairs and smaller tables to just relax. Was given samples of 4 new and upcoming beverages to try – super good! Thanks again for our friendly neighborhood coffee place.

Apparently the owners of this caribou are budgeted pretty tightly, as the last couple times I’ve purchased coffees there, they have all been 2/3s full. At least 3 coffees now, that equates to at least one full medium drink. Over $12 and a $2 tip before I realized how shorted I was. Dunn bros from now on.
Also these are 2 separate drinks but weren’t labeled. Not usually one to make a review but I’m getting tired of paying premium prices for discounted service.

I am soooooo Happy I got to try caribou once again. We are from chicago and when we saw this Caribou location on out way back home we had to get it.
Ver well stocked store.
Cashier was friendly.
Nice fire place.
Plenty of merch of the people that like that kind of stuff.
And my turtle mocha is just the way i remember it, minus the chocolate piece they used to put on the lid.
I would say this drink is more of a dessert than a coffee drink. Super chocolaty.

Met friends here for coffee . Not a coffee drinker but best hot chocolate I’ve had in years. Place was quite busy inside but plenty of space and comfortable for a meeting.

The last three times I’ve ordered from this location, my orders have not been correct. For example, the coffee has tasted burnt, they have forgotten the cold foam that the drink comes with, and the workers have been rude when I’ve asked them nicely to fix it (since I paid for it). Overall, I think it’s a very nice establishment, but they definitely have a lot to work on when it comes to the drinks they are serving and the way they talk to their customers.

Team was incredibly respectful and kind. My drink was perfect and what I asked for. This is total a great place! I can’t wait to come back and get another drink, or even got food again. Wonderful service, and great quality of everything in the store. Highly recommend to all coffee lovers or drink lovers because the Macha is AMAZING!
