I’ve been coming to this location of I ❤️ Teriyaki for over 20 years and they have never failed to provide a complete and delicious teriyaki chicken dinner at a reasonable price. The service is good and the meal has always been consistently good. I highly recommend.

If another customer takes your order before you can get to the counter, sucks to be you. This just happened to me, and after telling the cashier that someone took my order, they seemed to agree, and nothing happened.
After waiting 20 minutes I followed up, which lead the manager to yell at the cashier (which is fine if they made a mistake) and refusing to replace my order.
So, I pay, someone takes my food, they acknowledge that someone took my food, and too bad for me?
I understand the need to coach your staff, but you (the manager) should first take care of the customer so they don’t make a scene in your establishment.
Thanks, aside from wasting my time waiting for an order that never came I now have to contact my bank to request a chargeback…

The owner refused to let my 6-year-old daughter use the restroom during an emergency. Very disappointing—lacks common sense and not ethical for the community. I won’t be dining there, and I don’t want businesses with this kind of behavior in our community.

My husband and I were looking for a spot for lunch and decided to head on over to I Love Teriyaki.
I ordered the vegetable tempura plate and he ordered the chicken teriyaki plate.
For the vegetable tempura, I would probably say I would want the pieces to be a bit smaller. They were hard to eat with chopsticks specially if they’re close to half of my face so that’s a con. The side veggies they were talking about was just cabbage and not much else. In different branches they would usually give yakisoba noodles and rice as the combo plate but here it was cooked cabbage and a fresh salad.
I tried the chicken teriyaki and it was good and I sure wish that’s what I got but there’s always next time.
Pricing and portion of the protein and rice, I would say it’s on the pricier side than what’s around Rancho.
Service wise, it’s pretty good. They were all pretty welcoming and attentive. Even when it gets busy they manage so that’s always a plus for lunch spots!
Overall, I would visit again and maybe try something else!

Avoid at all costs if you enjoy time spent out of the bathroom. Bought food for my children and myself and every single one of us have been praying to the porcelain gods outta both ends since our dinner last night. Absolutely ridiculous. Quality of the food was disappointing and no one finished it. So if you are smart avoid this place and seek food elsewhere. Health department needs to check this place out. I screwed up and should’ve checked reviews before!

Chicken Teriyaki to go plate. I ordered and it was ready within a minute so obviously chicken has been sitting in warming pan. You can tell that it was cooked prior and not to order. Was average at best. Little dry. Salad was blah. Would go back in a pinch but wouldn’t be first choice. Sign says sushi…not much of a choice.

The staff were attentive and made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. The food was the star of the show, though. The sushi rolls were some of the best I’ve had, bursting with flavor and topped with delicate garnishes. The miso-glazed cod was perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and tender inside. Every dish was a flavor explosion. A must-visit for any food lover!
