Captain Crab absolutely knocked it out of the park! The food was amazing perfectly seasoned, ridiculously fresh, and I loved how hot and spicy everything was (just the way I like it ). Every bite was bursting with flavor.
Our server Hailey was incredible super attentive, friendly, and always right there when we needed anything. She made the whole experience even better with her great energy and helpfulness.
Overall, this was a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Great food, great service, and great vibes. I can’t wait to come back!

This is usually my go-to seafood boil spot in the 209, which makes this visit especially disappointing. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet our order took forever to come out.
When the food finally arrived, it didn’t hit like it normally does. The flavor was off and just not up to the standard I’ve come to expect from Captain Crab. Waiting that long only made the letdown worse.
I’ve had plenty of great experiences here before, so I’m hoping this was just an off day — but today was a big miss.

That said, I figured out a way to enjoy a really delicious and satisfying meal without spending too much.
Here’s my recipe:
Order the garlic noodles and a boiling lunch combo.
Then, mix the sauce and seafood from the lunch combo into the garlic noodles.
It creates an amazing garlic boiling noodle dish!
I really enjoyed it and highly recommend trying this combination if you visit.

First time here and it was pretty decent. We got the family deal with the captains seasoning and got the hot oil on the side. The bag without the hot seasoning was really good already and adding in the hot oil made it even better. I would recommend getting the hot oil on the side because I was able to take it home since they put it in a small cup with a lid.
The service was okay. No one was rude and they promptly took our order but nothing stood out to mention.
The atmosphere when we got there was odd. It was eeriely quiet. Maybe because we for their early and there were only 3 other tables. The place filled up before we left but oddly still felt quiet. It could because everyone was stuffing there face. Lol
Overall I would recommend and for the price it’s worth it.

I have been here a couple times. I had the fried oysters, catfish, shrimp it was REALLY delicious ( oysters were over cooked) other than that so good

Hailey was my server she was so sweet super nice. Even goes above and beyond to other parties/tables and assisted them when needed to make sure everyone was good. Very well mannered super sufficient in her work and will tell you how it is to make sure you are a very satisfied customer. Literally needs a raise for how good her service is keep her she definitely is a hard worker you don’t want to lose:) 100000/10 on her service I Hope her BOSS sees this as well she not to be played with <3 definitely recommend her

The boils are delicious but the drinks could use some work. Gone serval times over the years and the same outcome. You can’t normally go wrong with the boils though, I personally get the garlic, lemon pepper medium boil and it’s fire.

I had the worst experience, first of all we came in at 730pm and ordered our food… We smell a strong odor of Pine-sol cleaner… We asked the waitress if someone was mopping, and she apologized and said that was the bucket of dirty mop water that was putting out the smell. She went and asked if they could move the bucket that was 10 ft from us… I guess the person in charge said no! Well, we tried to eat our food, but the odor was too strong… as we were leaving I ask the young man that was mopping the floor , why are u mopping the floor while all the customers were eating and he replied I have a job to do and it shouldn’t bother you it pine-sol an disinfectant… and was like Wow, I went up to the hostess up front and asked the same thing and she replied that the manager wants us out of here at 10 pm… I then replied, it’s only 830pm. You can’t wait to mop and clean up after all the customers leave.. I then said I’m going to leave a bad review, and she replied I don’t care, the I don’t give a shit.” The next morning I talked to the manager and he said that wasn’t right and he was going to have a talk with them. This is what spending $200 dollars get u. I WILL TAKE THIS POST DOWN IF HE REALLY DID TALK TO THE EMPLOYEE’S. My only complaint about the food is that the catfish should be breaded in corn meal type of batter, and the seafood boil didn’t have any seasoning in the bag, just butter and oil.. That seafood boil should have lots of seasoning and garlic !!!! It was bland… They give you o e small potatoe and o e small piece of corn.. Now, this is a $88 dollar order for 2. Are we supposed to split the small corn potato and egg. I didn’t mention the hot sause did have tops, and it looked old and dried out… look at the pictures.
