Overall mostly good experiences, I come here often as both a customer and a doordash driver, twice now I have ordered a chicken nugget happy meal and the chicken nuggets are missing. I don’t know how this happens more than once, the most recent time was today. Ordered in the drive thru and was asked to pull forward to wait on my food, waited 10 minutes for food to come out just to realize there was no chicken nuggets in the happy meal.

Usually the food is just okay at McDonald’s so I don’t go there much. Everything was hot and fresh at this location. Nuggets hot and crispy, fries fresh and hot. I wish all locations were like this.

EDIT: You commented telling me to contact you and so I did. But you didn’t respond. I have recently ordered here again and again I received allergen contaminated food from this location. (Ticket on food says not to put cheese, says to use spicy sauce. They had ranch on them.)

Several times now, I have received an incorrectly made order. I have a food allergy, and each time they have ignored it. I have reached out to the local owner, as directed by the receipt, but never heard back.

Fast food is a stretch its not fast and not edible so its not food either literally just burgers and cant get them close to correct but I applaud you for employing the special needs but a whole crew is a bit much

Please Stop shutting the Frappe Machine down early. This has happened on several occasions, especially the weekend. I work 2 blocks from here and visit regularly for this specific item. Because now I have to spend my money somewhere else.

The staff here kills it they’re polite hard working and get the job done even when it comes to my picky house hold of separating double cheeseburgers into like 5 bags which I apologize for but these young whipper snappers do a great job for this old fart so please keep up the good work and give some of the a raise.

So why only 4 ⭐️’s?
I used the kiosk, I payed at the kiosk. The kiosk didn’t give me a receipt, they looked it up on the front computer, they had no record of any sales. I logged into the account for the card, showed the manager the charge, and that I did indeed pay.
My order came up, they made it and it’s fantastic. Still no receipt. I have to call their office to get a receipt emailed to me. Not a bad thing, little hiccup gave their whole store a chance to shine, it’s shiny here.
Order your food at the kiosk, pay at the counter if you want/need a receipt.
Great place, highly satisfied across the board.

Firstly, I am happy with my experience.. that being said.. Ordered a damn near 3 dollar small fry and it’s only filled halfway.. how am I supposed to split half a small fry…lol and that’s including what spilled out in the bag. Geeeezee how you have stale cold fry’s at 11:05am oh well great food though. Them mcchickens and McDoubles is on point. Very efficient staff line moves smoothly and there was no hassle. Good vibes, small fries. ✌️

I order 2 Grinch meals and a smoothie I didn’t get the salt that I’m paying for in the meal and my boyfriend is a diabetic and they told me that the large pop was diet and and the medium was normal and come to find out the large pop was a normal and not dite and if we didn’t notice that could of been a VERRY big problem P.S do your job

Orders usually correct. Not always fresh though. Primary issue is the wait. Never come to this location if you are in a hurry or on a lunch break.
