It’s always a crap shoot going to this location. Sometimes the food and service are good, other times not so much. This most recent time it was a mix of both. The rest of the food was good but the potato wedges had been dried to the point of being potato skins. Had to go in and place the order because the app didn’t recognize what the store did in did not have. Only time we go here is when we have a hankering for the Colonel’s secret spices.

I’ve been made to wait extended periods of time before having my order taken, and most recently I waited about 7 minutes for fresh French fries ) which I am more than willing to do for fresh fries) and after getting them they were cold. I genuinely just want fresh food.

Quick service, polite employees.
Food was good, though the mashed potatoes were slightly cold and the chicken a bit dry.
Inside was extremely small, smallest dining room I’ve ever seen for a KFC and one of the tables was completely missing, to boot.
Parking lot was spacious, but needs painted, could hardly distinguish the lines and grass was growing up through the pavement.
Quick location, with good customer service, but could certainly use some TLC and corporate intervention to get it up to par with other KFCs.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Was asked what two sides I wanted? My fries were cold and I got 4 spoons for my meal? Okay there is only two cars in the parking lot and only one other at the drive thru so what is the rush?

Your days are numbered! I purchased this cake with the full intention of eating it one sitting. I guess the joke was fully on me, because when I got the cake in front of my face-it was indeed NOT 310 Calories, but 270 PER SERVING.. and there was six in this bad boy!!!
