Staff was very friendly during our dine in visit. Their salad was okay but had several pieces of old lettuce which was brown. Pizza was very good! Wasn’t quite thin crust but still had a unique taste.

The wings were doughy. Huge check of brown lettuce in the salad, the end of a head of red cabbage, plus the piece of foil that was in the salad. Ordered poppers, never did get them. Called the manager the next day since they were closed by the time we got home, they were busy dealing with the lunch rush. 2+ weeks later she has never called me back. Pretty disappointing, won’t be back. If I could give less than 1 star I would.

We go here at least once a summer to have an ice cream cone after going to the park. Huge selection of ice cream. They also have pizza and subs but I have never actually had a meal here. Smells good though

Best ice cream I’ve had in a while! The pizza is really good too! I highly recommend the Cinnamon Bun ice cream. It was spectacular! If there’s one place to stop at in Germantown, it’s here!

misinform delivery times, forget part of the order and them make you wait another half hour. Manager Nathan bery rude. Ask for a tip upfront and then give horrible customer service.

This was my first experience ordering food from here. I had heard it was great so I wanted to try it. We ordered a medium cheese, large pepperoni, mushroom steak, garlic bread, and a chef salad. I arrived at the end of the window I was told, which was 20-25 minutes and paid for my food and was told it was not finished. No big deal so I waited. Well they were not very busy when I arrived at 7:10 on a Friday but quickly began to get really busy. I did not receive my food for another 20 minutes. So the total time was 45 minutes from the time I called to me actually receiving my food. Really I would not have cared about the time if that’s what I would have been told on the phone. And really it didn’t even bother me that much that it took another 20 minutes. So after I got my food, my wife called to check and make sure I was alive. I was finally headed home. When I arrived home my son busted open the pepperoni pizza only to find that instead of pepperoni’s there were green olives instead. This did not go over well. Needless to say we ate everything else and threw the large green olive pizza in the trash. Honestly the food was great and we will possibly order here again only because of that.

First time visitors we had ice cream. We looked at the menu and it looked very good. They had enough customers the food had to be good. I can’t wait to go back. Family type resturant very nice and clean.

Loved the baked mushrooms. The pizza was awesome as always. It’s not called Captain 9s anymore, it’s called Parkside now. Food & menu is the same as Captain 9s. Mostly teens & young adults work there, they are nice, friendly group of kids, respectful, which is nice to see in today’s world.

Great thin crust pizza Dayton style. Party cut into squares. The gluten free crust is extra crispy. I’m a big fan of the chicken bacon ranch. Small private establishment with fireman decor and clean tables.
