Food was acceptable not worth the price. The service at this particular store was incredibly slow. I do want to give them the benefit of the doubt as it seems like they were under staffed, however they had but two sandwiches to work on. Mine and a person that entered ten minutes after me. The staff seemed occupied with anything but preparing the food. Once received, I found that my Au ju sauce was given to me in a small dipping sauce cup for fries instead of the large bowl shown in the advertisements. I feel I could have spent my near 30 dollars better elsewhere.

I come here atleast twice a month if not sometimes once a week, in all of my times coming to this Capriotti’s since moving to milford I can’t rave enough, from getting sub trays for parties at work, or just grabbing subs for the family, they always always always take care of any request I may have(sometimes a headache of one at times) but im always met with a smile and on the one occasion ever, and I mean 1 time in my atleast 200 visits they corrected it without hesitation, ive seen countless staff come and go but not once have I been greeted with a sour face, nor with a bad meal, shortstaffed or not you all deserve an incredible pat on the back! All of my Kudos to this amazing establishment and team, you have a customer for life if my insane amount of visits over these past few years haven’t shown enough, couldn’t love this place more for an incredible sub!

Ordered delivery through doordash. They were out of stock of what I ordered, continued to confirm the order and not contact anyone and let the dasher show up, received a refund for my order on door dash but the lack of communication and competence has a delivery driver out of money and an irritating inconvenience to myself.

My brother found a hair on his sandwich at the Milford location informed them. Manager copped an attitude. Then on video(circulating now on Facebook) she grabbed the wrong sub and threw it away. He went back. He literally walked up on her grabbing the sub out of the trash and rewrapping it. Imagine! Not only did she try to serve a contaminated sub to him she also contaminated the whole station by rewrapping it. Disgusting! Get rid of her and find some real management who have a basic understanding of customer service and sanitation.
