I went for ladies night on Thursday, and the ambiance was good the Dj starts to play around 9pm, appetizers are half the price from 5-8pm… the reason i give 3 starts its because they claimed on their IG that patrón shots are free all night, we were offered 1 and we got charged for it! So that was disappointing… the drinks were good but the food on the other hand not so much… i will be definitely going again

We went there to celebrate one of our friends birthday. Bad choice food was cold, the yuca was like a robber, very salty, the avocado was black.We have to make a complaint to the manager because is unfair to us. I’m questioning the 5 star reviews because the only thing nice about this place was the dj and the decor. We were a group of 6 and was told that we had to order a group package for the food. Why? To cut down the time it takes to make the food since a lot of people complained about it taking too long. We didn’t want to commit to a lot of food so we chose the smallest package which was 2 choices of protein and a side for $50 per person. The food alone ended up being $300. We chose mozzarella sticks, sweet Thai chili wings and green plantains. The mozzarella sticks were eatable but not worth the price we paid. The drinks were watered down and even the hookah was too light. To add insult to injury, they tried to charge almost $90 in gratuity. If you decide to go here be prepared to spend money for a 5 star restaurant and it definitely wasn’t 5 stars. Advice: get an actual chef and quality is a lot better than quantity if you’re looking for longevity.

My family and I celebrated my nephews high school graduation here, and without knowing what to expect for our first visit this place definitely exceeded our expectations. From the food, the drinks, and the music everything was great! We will be back again soon for sure. 🙂

We were a group around 14 and we got the 3rd package, 75 per person. I have to say 75 per person is definitely not worth it, I think is crazy they charge 75 for the value/quality of this package. We got guac and chips as one of our appetizers and I thought I was eating rubber. That only means the chips were old old old. We got totones as one of ours side and they were hard as a rock and very dark, oil probably was dirty. As mentioned on the menu you only get 4 entrees and they give you enough to feed the whole table but don’t expect anything more. On the positive note the empanadas where really good and the drinks where strong.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We came here for Mother’s Day, it was the Mother’s Day brunch event. The only thing good about this place is their decoration. Our reservation was for 3pm we got there 3:05 and were seated right away due to the fact that there were only 5 other tables. Upon arrival we asked for a hookah, it took the person 15 minutes just to come to us mind you he wasn’t at any other table. An additional 30 mins just to bring the hookah. We waited 40 minutes just for our drinks (which were just don julio and pineapple juice nothing fancy). Our food was bland & overcooked, the menu described “home fries” as the side we got burnt French fries. The dessert which was churros would’ve been amazing if it was cooked but the dough inside was not cooked. The waiter kept on asking if everything was OK. Which, if you were looking at and saw that our food was not touched and our drinks were not touched then you would have noticed that everything was not. The DJ was all right, but he only catered to one group of people. The brunch price was set at $45 per person but our bill was way higher when the only thing we got was one additional drink. All in all the experience was terrible, they need more attentive waiters and hostesses, and a better cook. If you’re looking for a better vibe, food, and hookah, I suggest going to la terraza. It’s smaller but they at least pay attention and the food is great.

Came for surf and turf Wednesday night . I got the steak and shrimp with yellow rice and beans. We also started with the tostones appetizer half steak and half chicken. Everything came out quickly and had great flavor. The sauce on the tostones appetizer was my favorite.

This is my second bday event I planned at Capicu for two special family members. The management at this establishment are above and beyond exceptional. Shout out to General manager Theo and manager Jeff. With their expertise and patience I was able to host a large party safely and had a fantastic time. To the atmosphere, music , entertainment and THE FOOD AND DRINKS Delicious!!!! Although my two events were in a private area we were able to walk around and mingle with all other guests and on both occasions not once was there any negative vibes or issues. This place is just amazing. Thank you eternally to the CAPICU TEAM AND STAFF. I will continue to do business with CAPICU
