Came for Valentines Day and had a great time. Spin dip and crab cakes were amazing. Apps came with carrots and celery and Faith even brought me extra carrots. Prime rib was amazing. Faith did a great job!

I visited this establishment for my birthday and I had an amazing time. I went because it said it was a winery and a winery it was… I was able to do a wine tasting when I first arrived. I sat at the bar while most of the patrons were enjoying the nice weather and sitting outside. The service was great. I was immediately acknowledged when I sat down. I did the Queens and my best friend did the kings winetasting. It was amazing. The wine was flavorful and each had a distinct taste.

Upon reading review reviews about the place, I noticed that I was not allowed to bring my dog. At first, I was upset about this because I have a service dog and he goes everywhere with me, but upon further investigation, I found out that there was an incident and that’s why you can’t bring dogs to the establishment, which is always understandable so I took a chance and I went anyway.

I am happy I did because the food was amazing. The people were amazing. The staff was amazing. I ended up meeting the owner and gave him a recommendation and he took with open arms, that was great. They also recommended that I show up to piano night which I plan to. It sounds like it’s gonna be really fun. They’re supposed to be competing with pianos.

Anyway, Everyone was so welcoming and I felt right at home. I was so comfortable I forgot that I wasn’t able to even bring my dog into the establishment. For an appetizer, I ordered two things. One was the chef’s recommendation, and the other was a meat and cheese and fruit tray.

Usually when I find a meat, cheese and fruit tray there are at least one or two bad grapes on there not here. They have four different versions of crackers they were shaped in all types of cute designs. Each of the crackers were very fresh and very good. All of the fruit was really really fresh and the cheese was cut into cute little cubes and there were three different varieties. It was a really nice tray.

The chef recommended these little chicken bites and honestly they’re really hard to describe. It looks like it was sweet-and-sour chicken without the sweet-and-sour sauce, but it did not taste like it. It was really really really really really really good.

I’m happy I went with that recommendation. I also ordered a drink that was mixed with this red and blue frozen stuff because it was really hot outside, but I shouldn’t of ordered it because it was really good and I drunk the whole thing and before I realized it, I was drunk. After I ate my appetizers, The food came and Man did it look good. But I was too drunk to eat. So my waiter boxed it all up and had them put it in a nice brown bag for me.

I found out that he was on his third shift at the bar, and it was very surprising because he was really informative and knew everything that he was talking about. He was able to assist us and everything that we asked and also told us a little bit of history about the establishment and the wine.

The craziest thing happened right before we left. We found out that they were hosting a whole event there and there was a wedding party upstairs doing either rehearsal or something else.
This was very surprising because we received the best service ever, and we felt like everyone was focused on us. I had waitresses who were not serving me stop and give me food recommendations because everything was so great.

This place is very family oriented and you can also grab a good drink and get a good wine tasting here. It did not break the bank either. I ordered two wine tastings, two apps, three entrees, and more and it was under 200. I was able to have a nice little walk and enjoy the scenery in order to get my buzz down.

It was really really great thank you for an amazing time and a great birthday experience.
I will be returning.

One of the best places I’ve been to in Jeff City and outside of Jefferson City, MO. Definitely recommend! They do parties, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, etc…There is no limits to the accommodations they offer! Outside seating is perfect for date nights or just a place to relax after a hard day, when weather permits lol. Awesome place!

What a waste of money! Take a look at the prime rib they served. Way over cooked and tasteless. The aujus was tasteless. Everything needed salt but there was no salt, no horseradish. The wife got the spinach artichoke chicken and it had about 10 ounces of cream cheese on top of it. It was so thick and over overwhelming you could not eat it. The only thing good from our plates were the sweet potato fries. Lemon blueberry cake was great. Old fashioneds were good. Over 100 for 2 people after tip. We won’t return, even if the wine could be amazing.

I had the opportunity to visit Canterbury Hill Winery & Restaurant, and it was quite an experience. The place offers stunning views that make for a perfect backdrop while enjoying a meal. The food was pretty good, with a variety of menu options to choose from, ensuring there’s something for everyone.

The restaurant itself has a charming vibe, although it does look a bit old, which adds a certain character to the place. Despite its aged appearance, it felt cozy and welcoming. There’s plenty of space for parking, which is convenient and saves the hassle of searching for a spot.

The service, however, was just okay. The staff were polite but could be a bit more attentive to improve the overall dining experience. Nonetheless, the atmosphere and the quality of the food make up for it.

One highlight worth mentioning is their Sunday brunch buffet. It’s definitely worth checking out, though it can be a bit spendy. The variety and quality of the brunch offerings make it a special treat.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit and would definitely go back to try more of their menu offerings!

We went for dinner for Valentine’s Day. I ordered the Ribaylo medium-well, but it was raw; I couldn’t cut it and it was bloody. The lasagna tasted like it came from a box and tasted like plastic with no seasoning. The portobello mushrooms were decent, but they put slices of cheese on them that weren’t melted. We weren’t happy about it.
They also charged us a 20% tip for the waitress.

I have been here many times to eat and the food is always fantastic! We had our wedding reception here and I cannot RAVE ENOUGH about it! Nikki was an absolute dream to work with! She was so wonderful start to finish! She really invested herself in it and I can’t thank her enough. Madison did such a beautiful job decorating the space. The food was amazing and our bartender, John, was great! All of our guests had a fantastic time.

We have been coming here for Valentine’s Day for 8 years. Tonight was horrible. We had reservations and arrived a few minutes early. While we were seated promptly, the service was horrible. It took over an hour to get our food. Over an hour and a half later we are stuck, waiting to pay so we can leave!!! Our server Disappears!
Also miss the special Valentine’s touches like a rose and chocolate covered strawberries.

We had a very disappointing visit this afternoon of Valentine’s Day. We had reservations at 2:00pm and planned to order the peel and eat shrimp, but were told that the shrimp was being saved for the diners that evening. My second choice was the grilled salmon, but I was told that also was being saved for the evening guests. Our waitress was so kind and apologetic about it. She had tried to get our orders approved but management refused. We decided to leave to find another restaurant to celebrate our Valentine’s Day. I didn’t feel welcome or valued as a paying customer. I’ve never experienced such rude treatment by restaurant management.
