Dined in. Service was 10/10. Food 10/10. Which I found shocking considering the state of the restaurant. It’s so dirty that it ruined everything. Dust on the seats. Dust where they store the takeaway boxes. Broken plate. There’s also bugs right above where we were sitting and it wasn’t a small amount. Took a pic but it might not be clear (the black dots).

Enjoyed dinner on a Saturday at . My family and I ordered spinach and artichoke dip, two kids cheese pizzas, a Hawaiian pizza, an original bbq chicken pizza, a tropical mule, and a dessert pear lemonade. Great service, good food.

Came in for dinner with my mom, waited 30 minutes for drinks to be brought out. After nearly an hour of waiting we asked if our food was coming, the server then asked us to repeat what we ordered and said she would be back, and blamed kitchen staff for the wait. After 15 minutes of no one coming back to us, my mom ended up leaving and I stayed to speak with a manager. Our server did not put in our ticket until after nearly an hour of us waiting, and ended up getting our food to-go as it was nearly an hour and a half of us being there with no food and frankly, bad service. The manager however was extremely apologetic and accommodating, I have not had a problem at this location before, and our meals were comped. The food ended up being extremely tasty and well made and although we enjoyed it at home instead of a dine-in experience like we hoped, it definitely helped redeem the situation. Thank you to the manager on duty tonight for being honest with us and willing to fix our situation!

My wife’s daughter / my step daughter invited us for lunch at the Legacy Village in Lyndhurst, Ohio. The place was nice looking inside and had seating outside open. We decided to sit by front in the booth. My first time visit and we enjoyed our time. There wasn’t that many people and our server was a nice short hair female. Very friendly and provided our menu and drinks. The wait time for our food was normal because it came to us fresh and tasted great. My daughter had Cedar Plank Salmon, my wife had the salad sandwich duo of California Club w Super Spinach + Quinoa salad. I ordered the Tomato Basil Spaghetti with grilled chicken breast. Huge plate but my spaghetti portion seem a bit small, a little disappointed because the portion should been a bit more overall our food was prepared delicious. Only issue I had was only one server taking care of multiple tables, going back to get the food, answering the phone and greeting people up front. So my review is a 3 star but because of the delicious plates I gave it a 4. If you had better scheduling of servers so as wait times could been better to refill my drink and other needs it would been a 5. I can recommend the store for its food but can’t really recommend the location due to lack of scheduling. So it’s a 50/50 to have a good experience or poor service. I take everyone’s reviews into account as well and I believe some may had a poor experience due to my observation with only having 1 server at the restaurant.

Server was kind and attentive but we were made to wait for a table at 1:30pm when the restaurant was basically empty. Food was just ok. BBQ chicken salad was not great although the pizzas were decent. The place looks tired and definitely needs a deep clean. I haven’t been here in a few years due to COVID, etc but I feel like it’s not what it used to be, and not in a good way.

This is my first time to Legacy village. This is a nice place to go to considering what ohio has to offer. This restaurant was a nice place to dine in. I chose to dine in the outside area seating. There were yellow umbrellas to block the sun which was a nice touch. Overall it was not very busy which was nice, even on a Saturday! I started off with me and 3 other people ordering. I got for a drink their homemade CK lemonade. It was so good, just like chic fil a lemonade, but not too sweet, it was judt right, and it tasted more fresh. Then for the pizza we got 1 pizza and split it amongst our 4 selves. Some of us had 1 or 2 slices. We didn’t order another because the pizza very rich and each pizza is like $20. This place is definitely not a pizza hut or dominos where you order 3 pizza for the fam and have 3 or 4 slices. This is ment for getting a pizza or two and sharing because see the food is rich and verh good. They also have pastas and other items on the menu. Great sitting and great food with creamy flavors! Highly reccomend. I reccomend the 4 cheese or 5 cheese pizza whatever it was called.

We used to love this place but not anymore. We ordered drinks(margaritas)and that came half glass we asked waitress and she told that they don’t have glass so she made it in big glass. We ordered Moscow mule and that was in copper cup but that was also half. Even the pizza was half done.Spicy cauliflower was worth of 11$ and small piece of 5 cauliflower only. Very bad service and no good food.

Down 1 star for the last experience that we had. Some ingredients were replaced on my dishes due to unavailability of some of those mentioned on the menu. This being done without indicating us made us unrecognize some of our usually-liked-dishes at the venue. Adding to that, the onions on my pizza and salad had a bitter aftertaste, probably they might have been chopped and left open for long or gone stale. Despite indincating that something was not right about the food, neither the staff nor we could pin it down to the onions in the dish. Unfortunately, no replacements or price corrections were provided for the dish either, and we felt having saturated our visits to the venue over the last few months. This is otherwise a good hangout and has been one of our top favorites (some dishes are overpriced though), but we have decided to take a pause for few months before our next visit here.

Food was great – spicy chipotle chicken pizza, roasted garlic, veggie pizza, spinach dip and chicken dumplings. Service could have been definitely better. Our server did not make any effort to strike a conversation and just wanted to finish his job.
