Very disappointing experience at this location. I ordered two pan pizzas, cinnamon bites, and a soda. They charged my card the wrong amount and then asked me to pay more money. When I went online to check the difference, they were still telling me I needed to pay more, even though my receipt showed that I had paid for all my items.
The guy at the register was basically arguing with me and even took back the food that I had already paid for. Meanwhile, my Uber left during all of this. He refused to give me an explanation because he didn’t even know what I was supposedly paying for again.
I asked for a refund, and after waiting 10 minutes, he brought me a receipt. When I asked again about my refund, he said it was a void slip and that I would get my $25 back within 24 hours or 7 days. He didn’t voluntarily provide that information — I had to ask, as if I was bothering him.
I wouldn’t recommend this location. The staff was unfriendly, and this is a predominantly older community, which makes me concerned about the level of grace and patience shown to other customers. I remained calm and respectful throughout the entire interaction, yet I did not receive the same respect or empathy in return — especially regarding why I was being asked to pay extra money.

after a hard day of work, I go to get a pizza Two pizzas for $25 and to look at the box when I get home to get the sloppiest pizzas I’ve ever had. Some of the slices didn’t even have crust. I don’t usually write reviews, but this is genuinely just laziness. I understand the workers might not be getting paid the best, but that shouldn’t affect me because I’m a customer and I’m spending my money there the same way they work hard for their money. I work hard for my money so I shouldn’t get horrible work and terrible product.

Last time ordering from here. Manager is missing or doesn’t care that the hired hands don’t know how to do their job. Look how they butchered my pizza by slicing it so carelessly! They also forgot to even make my stuffed cheesey bread when I went in to pick up my order that the pizza tracker said was “complete.” So I stood in the store for 15 minutes for them to make that while my pizza got cold. When I get home I realize they didn’t even give me a marinara sauce for dipping (which is included in price). If you’re hungry for pizza, go to Sal’s down the sidewalk or a different location. What a joke!

I ordered a pizza at 5:53. At 6:10 I was informed that the driver was on his way, ETA 10 minutes, so 6:20. I live 7 minutes from the store. At 6:30 I was informed the delivery driver was far away and updated the ETA to 7:02. It took me 2 calls and a 20 minute hold time to cancel my order. I have ordered from this store many times and I ALWAYS leave a $ 10.00 gratuity in addition to the delivery charge. I will never order from this store again. It’s not the AI, it’s not even I.

Had a good dine-in experience at Domino’s. I ordered the Veggie Delight pizza and it was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The crust was crisp, the toppings were generous, and everything tasted just right. The place was clean and the staff was polite and quick with service.
