I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone from 7Brew in Warrensburg or any customer service. Every phone number I find sends me straight to corporate and I go to the customer service line and it says no one is available.
I got flavored waters for my kids this morning and this was in one of their drinks.. a screw.. I’m extremely disappointed about this careless mistake and would love to speak to someone from this 7Brew location.

Our waitress/barista was Allie and she was amazing! She met us at our window with a smile and positive attitude. She told us the specials for the day and also answered a couple coffee questions I had. I’m a bit high maintenance when it comes to my coffee, but she made me feel at ease, even complimented my personal request for a latte with special milk and less pumps of syrup. She made sure it was made perfectly, with a wonderful smile the entire time. Allie’s customer service went above and beyond- thanks so much!

Love the people and the drinks at this location. However, you guys need to get your receipt situation figured out. Every single time I come here, something is wrong with your system or receipt printer. It either only prints on half of the paper, or it won’t print at all. You at least need to have the option to text people their receipts. I was there today for a business purchase, and had to have a receipt. Everything was broken, so the only option was for me to take a picture of your computer kiosk. Sorry, that’s unacceptable as a business. The last few times I’ve been here, dating back to November, something is always wrong with your printer. Please get it fixed or I wont be able to come here any longer.

I can’t say enough about the incredible customer service! Allie went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met — she was quick to respond, super knowledgeable, and gave me a great drink recommendation.

My sister and I came through for the Santa’s cookie blondie. We got 2 coffees, 2 completely different colors. Go back around to get it fixed & iPad lady wants to argue after I nicely asked for a new one. The dark coffee tasted like burnt espresso. We love 7 brew, lately our coffee has been awful. Tasting like coffee & milk. I can do that at home & not pay $7 a coffee. Just hope the young kids can slow down & do it right the first time.

I don’t often treat myself, but when I do, I like to go to 7 Brew in Warrensburg for a caffeine pick-me-up. Always a good drink just the way i want it and most recently was helped by Allie Wesley resulting in perfect service too! The experience was a true 10/10!!

This location has only been officially open a week and my family and I have been 4 times already! We’ve had hot & iced coffee as well a few flavors of their energy drinks and of course those famous muffin tops. Everything has been very yummy and the service has always been great!
