this was a lovely morning dining experience! I was immediately greeted by friendly and patient baristas. they answered my questions well, and despite being busy, service was really quick! I ordered a breakfast panini and especially loved the red pesto, something I don’t usually eat but which made the whole sandwich better. my only suggestion is that they add pricing to drink menus. a wonderful solo cafe visit on a beautiful ambient street!

The Cafe Torino has amazing breakfast options! We ordered a maple cinnamon roll, caprese panini, very berry & cream crepe, and a dish called the GAWDAWFUL. AMAZING! All of them! We also ordered chai lattes, cafe mocca, London Fog, Americano, and a cappuccino. For a family of 6, we were filled and enjoyed what we ordered! The service was friendly. I would recommend arriving upon opening as a line formed after we ordered, but wasn’t more than 15 minutes.

Very disappointed. We really wanted to love this place! We drove half an hour to get there after searching for an authentic Italian cafe. From the outside the place looks inviting, love the street it’s on, white little picket fence surrounded by tall trees, it was a beautiful breezy day which added to the atmosphere. But we were quickly let down by the person behind the counter’s lack of interest in being there. She was very unhappy, didn’t smile and made us feel as if she’s annoyed by our presence. We ordered 2 Lattes a panini a crepe and two cannolis. We picked a shaded table outside and sat down only to find out there were wasps everywhere! By the time the food arrived they were all over it, but compared to the cramped indoor seating we decided to pull through hoping the food will be worth it. After reading the reviews and seeing the video, we were expecting to receive our drinks in mugs, with properly steamed milk and maybe some latte art as a bonus, you know, like what you would expect at an “Italian” Cafe. The drinks came out in paper cups, the milk was burnt and extremely hot with no foam, one tasted as if it was insta coffee and the other was decent, but I would not call either of them a Latte, as can be seen in the attached picture. The crepe and panini were ok. Not the best we tasted but good. The cannolis were the only positive thing about this place! The most appalling part of our experience were the utensils and fabric napkins. They smelled of mildew and I had to go to the bathroom to wash the fork in order to continue eating. That smell was so overwhelming that I couldn’t finish my food. This place has the potential to be a good place. Unfortunately we will not be coming back.

I didn’t even know this place existed so when my daughter and I stumbled across it, we figured we should give it a try. The ordering process was simple, the staff was great. The cost of the crepes was pretty steep but they are big enough you’ll be full with just one. It took them a while to make our order but in this case it was fine because it gave me a chance to catch up with my college-aged daughter. The crepes were really good. I had the strawberry and cream. My daughter had the French toast. Both were really good. She also had a mango smoothie that she loved. I had hot chocolate. It was OK. Great place.

Had a great experience here! They have so many crepe options for every taste and so many seasonal and holiday choices. My friend had the Monte Cristo and I had the Good Morning Sunshine! So good! Definitely worth a stop even if you’re just passing through! And the old house atmosphere is warm and comfortable. Will definitely be back when I’m in town again!

Enjoyed our lunch. Love crepes sweet and savory. Had the chicken cordon bleu crepe and then shared the biscoff banana strawberry crepe. If I wasn’t so full, I’d bought another they were that good! Its good vibes at this cafe in a renovated old house on Farmingtons old tree lined road. Btw if vanilla lavender iced latte is on the menu, I highly suggest it.

We really enjoyed this spot! Awesome history. Love the decor and the calm vibes. The lattes are amazing- we got the Rose Gold latte and Bumble Bee latte. Then for food we got the God Awful crepe and the A La California crepe. They were pretty decent, next time we’ll do a sweet crepe. 🙂

I had preordered a crepe cake for my daughter’s birthday and stopped by a little after 12:00 on the 23rd to pick it up. I had never been here, so I wasn’t sure what to expect.
