I went around 8pm in the drive thru. I had mobile ordered so I expected to just pick it up. When I got to the window they told me they couldn’t make my food, because they were doing a deep of the machine that was needed. I asked for a replacement of avocado toast and they were out of avocado. I asked for one of their new wraps. The chicken and pepper one. They said yes. When I opened it it was really the egg and chorizo one. Too spicy for me. I didn’t go back because I was too far away. There have been other times when I’ve asked for a refresher at 8:15 and they had already cleaned up and only had coffee to offer. No pastries at all at 8:15. Hard to believe. Are they supposed to be cleaning up that far ahead of closing?

Yesterday I came through the drive Thru and ordered coffee and iced teas like I do for people at 1work every day. when I went to get out of the car and bring it in the shop the cover wasn’t on and it spilled hot coffee all over me. I had to go home and change my clothes before returning to work. I couldn’t return until today. I ordered everything and when I got to the window told the girl what happened. Instead of apologize and remake it. She charged me for the coffee they didn’t cover and burned me all over! I am a restaurant manager and this wouldn’t fly!

I’ve been here a dozen times or so. Today was my last. Medium hot blueberry light and sweet….seems so simple. But this is the 3rd time in the last month that they made it wrong. This time the sticker was right but no blueberry and no sugar. So I’m done with this one. Back to Cumberland farms!

The manager did not have a mask on when I was ordering..during the pandemic ?? that is absolutely unacceptable. On top of him not having a mask on I waited for my coffee for 7 minutes. They didn’t give me the oat milk I had asked for and I had stomach pains from the coffee bc I am lactose intolerant . So on top of not caring for my safety (no mask as the HEAD MANAGER????) and waiting for a coffee that was wrong, I had stomach pains at work. Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts, always went to it prior to the pandemic but since this started this Dunkin’ Donuts on cobalt road in Portland SHOWS HOW MUCH THEY CARE FOR THEIR VALUED CUSTOMERS not one BIT!
