Popeyes use to be our favorite chicken and we hadn’t eaten there in a while so we decided to try again but we’re disappointed. Chicken was dry , mashed potatoes had very little gravy, coleslaw was WAY different, and most of all the recipe for everything changed for the worse. NOT THE SAME FLAVOR ANYMORE!!! PLEASE BRING BACK THE OLD POPEYES WE GREW UP WITH AND LOVED. I get it things change but should change that drastically. We thought the coleslaw was pasta because the cuts were so big like pasta and the flavor was not there. Coleslaw actually tasted like garden salad with plain ranch dressing. Sorry I don’t normally do bad reviews but we were disappointed.

The food was decent. Its what you expect for a fast food place. But while eating had a young man come in an solicit me and other patrons for money. Im always for donating $$ once in awhile but didnt think it was appropriate while I was just trying to enjoy my food… maybe he stand outside and ask people coming in and out not while im eating. Staff was kind but they shouldn’t have allowed that. Only bad thing I have to say.

Rude, chicken was cold burnt and dry. Very disappointed in the service. Employee taking the order at the drive thru was quit rude. No greeting and no thank you. Red beans and rice was dry hard rice and no red beans the biscuit was also dry. I have eaten from may Popeyes in the city and never had a complaint or experience like This one, with so much competition in Apple Valley with chicken I was very disappointed.

Ordered the 3pc tenders. The tenders were cold. I have never had chicken that was served cold before. Looks like it was cooked and placed on a shelf with no heating elements to keep it hot.
They packaged it to go but didn’t get any condiments or napkins. Nothing was available at the customer’s disposal.
The restaurant was very cold inside. No heat at all. Didn’t like eating cold chicken in a cold restaurant. Not at all impressed. Only thing warm was the chocolate chip biscuits. The new caramel cheesecake was not offered on the app to order.

we’ve been here 5 times in 6 months. they haven’t gotten a single order correct. if you order spicy, you’ll get regular. if you order white meat, you’ll get dark. if you order tenders, they’ll be room temperature and rubbery since they probably made them all earlier in the day. and if you do a larger order, something will be missing for sure.

Service was slow as molasses in,well, march! I was the only person ordering, but it still took five minutes to get my food and the cashier still looked out into the empty room and called out the order number!? I was standing right in front of her! Dining area tiny,seats uncomfortable, walls blank and sterile (not in a good way),room subject to drafts from entry.

I promise you I do not understand why they would put a Popeyes in the busiest area with the loudest service. I was missing my red beans and rice. I received my receipt at 6:19. I received my food at 7:36. Please tell me how that adds up. They told me I was waiting on fresh popcorn chicken, which looked overcooked, and Popeyes does nothing about it. This is ridiculous. At least put some money into this area.

I love this Popeye. Every time i go i do have to wait but my food is always fresh and id rather wait for fresh then to have a bad food experience. The service could use some work but the they sure do know how to multitask.

My dog wouldn’t eat this food. Ordered 3 piece tenders and Mac and cheese. The tenders could break a window and the Mac was just disturbing. Didn’t bother going back since I already made it home, tired, starving and now devastated. The lady was nice.
