Got a veggie bowl and it was delicious. Definitely worth the change from other places offering similar services. The ingredients tasted fresh, hot sauce and guacamole were very good. Overall, apt portion size and definitely coming back sometime.

Hands down most disrespectful service. Eyes rolled when asking for chips and queso. When ordering for more than one person, each person I ordered for the rolled their eyes and complained to the employee next to them. I only ordered for 4 people. I understand this takes longer. But it is still about $50 in food. Food was still great, but because of the attitude and service, I will not be back to this location. Management needs to be more present so that they can see the attitude with some of the team members. Unacceptable.

Literally the worst cafe Rio. When we came in, we were the only ones there, ordered ONE salad and it took them 15 minutes to make because nobody spoke English. Every worker was laughing and talking is Spanish and not paying attention to the customers (including the ones who came in after us). Workers were horse playing instead of helping us. After they asked what we wanted, the girl had to ask three times what meat we wanted. Then came the toppings, the lady didn’t ask what we wanted on our salad, just threw it on and when I stopped her, she couldn’t understand me and just kept putting everything on. When I tried to stop her again, she wouldn’t even look at me or acknowledge me then threw my salad down the line to the cashier. Once I got to the cashier, I tried to explain what I wanted on my salad and she couldn’t understand me either. I gave up about the salad but then tried telling her I wanted a different dressing than the lady gave me (because remember she ignored me the first time I asked and then wouldn’t acknowledge me the second time I asked) and the cashier didn’t know English either. After five minutes of trying to explain, she went to the back to get someone who spoke English. I explained how I got the wrong things because the worker didn’t speak English and wouldn’t acknowledge me and he said he’d fix it. He fixes it then walks away and the cashier rings me up and when the total came out to be way more than it should’ve, I asked her why and she couldn’t tell me. I finally just paid for it because i needed to go and after looking at the receipt, she charged me for two salad dressings and something I didn’t even get. So so annoyed. If you work in the United States then learn English, don’t expect us to learn your language and if you don’t know English than cafe Rio shouldn’t be having you work directly with customers.

The most incompetent employees ever! I haven’t been in there in awhile because I thought I would give it time from my last visit which was horrible. This time, they were out if DC and no one, no one knew how to change the soda machine! How do you put people to work, and not train them on the soda machine! Ridiculous! I was do mad I had to get something else because I was in a time crunch and could not wait any longer. I will forever choose another location where the employees know their job! Don’t go here!

What a total joke tonight barely put any sauce on it barely gave you any lettuce I even asked for extra and there was barely enough to fill one side ask for a big side of dressing tried to give it to me only halfway full. Their prices are totally outrageous now and the train skimping cheat you out of much as they can. guess I will have to start going to Costa Vida again instead. Wonderful! I do think they do skimp on the meat a little. And so I always order “extra” meat. But it still doesn’t feel right. But I love cafe rio. And any time I have ever had a problem, they fix it.

These people ripping people off they have no clue on their measurements and they give different people different amounts for getting a steak burrito they literally put like 6/7 pieces of meat and when I called her out on it, she told me it’s only 4 ounces then why is it called a steak burrito if he literally has no freaking steak in it?
