Seriously what is the point in staying open until 11pm when at 10pm you have no meats left, no specialty drinks (only soda). All of the food has been pulled off the heating tables and put on the back grill to keep it warmish.. you should just close at 10pm since that’s clearly when you are done servicing customers that want good food and a choice. I wasted $28 on tasteless dried out food all so you could close early. What a waste!!! Do better Cafe Rio!

I have no words for the mess here tonight. Food all over the floor, tables filthy. We had a pick up order and waited an hour for it to be ready (to be expected on a busy night) but we waited another thirty minutes once there.. customers were upset with the Chaos because everything was a mess….and the employees were very argumentative. A door dash worker walked out because they couldn’t find the order and no one cared to help her. Our tres leeches spilled and one of the styrofoam containers broke. The whipped cream? Looks horrible. No strawberries again. The meat was just one huge fatty clump. We won’t visit this location again.

I just had lunch at the AF location. The salad was good, as always. However, I’m not leaving a review based on the food. I wanted to recognize how friendly, kind, and helpful the staff were. I’d call it exceptional, which unfortunately is not the norm these days. The man making the food was super in making sure everything was just like you wanted. The cashier seemed a little newer, but she was so nice, friendly, and had a conversation with me while waiting. Even the staff I encountered near the drink counter was very nice and helpful. Good job!

This is the third time that something like this happened to me in this location! I ordered a to go salad and they literally gave me 1 spoon of sweet pork. I had to take off the salad because I couldn’t believe it. We use to be regulars, but I’m not going back to that place.

Great food and the staff was awesome. Clean and very big store compared to some of the others. The 4 stars is for the wait Ordered food online and said to be there at a specific time. Got there and waiting until 15 mins after the assigned time. What’s the point of telling me to be there at a certain time then I wait for the food?

I’m not a fan of the prices here. BUT recently I found I live the kids casadilla on corn tortilla to be so delicious, it’s worth it!!!!! My only issue is we’ve they weap it to go it’s squished so over the place, leaking and is a sloppy mess. Happens every time.

Just ate here on a Sunday afternoon, minimal customers in store. Had about 4 to 5 workers behind the counter, dinking off when customers were not in line. Every single table was dirty and looked like they hadn’t been wiped down all day, with trays and trash all over most tables. Trash cans were overflowing with trash, so much so there was trash on the floor as well. After working food myself, this is definitely a health code violation. There were plenty of employees that one could have been spared from the line to empty trash and pick up. Food was great, cleanliness was horrid.
