My son enjoyed the buffet, while I ordered off the menu. We both loved our meals. The fettuccini with tasso was enough for meals. Service was quick too.

Food was good old home cooking. The buffet was inviting. Reminds me of my grandmother’s bathroom. Lol. The service was slow. Other than that we will be back! Can tell all the locals eat here. Anything and everything offered on this menu!

Whenever we travel, we ask locals where to eat and they always provide great recommendations! We wanted some REAL local CAJUN food when visiting Chicot State Park and Louisiana State Arboretum and after asking three individuals, all local, all three recommended the Cafe De La Salle. Friendly service, friendly lunch crowd and REALLY GOOD CAJUN FOOD. Pictured is a Seafood Muflatta, yummy! Menu has a very good selection of CAJUN dishes. Highly recommend!

Place was dirty. My plate had old dried food that I didn’t even order. Staff is rude and seems to be ready to become unhinged Over the simplest complaint. The drinks tasted like there is mold in the machines. This place needs a serious inspection. The food tastes like it was made last week. Recommend anyone to avoid this place. Ville platte deserves better. They’re all together just disrespectful.

We just picked a couple of burgers, fries and fried onion rings at Cafe De Lasalle. It was great. The burger is huge and taste great, fries and onion rings also AWSOME. Great meal at a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend Cafe De Lasalle for your next meal.

Very disappointing. 2 guys who ordered each a burger, which burgers should be renamed “salads with hamburger patties.” One burger had to be microwaved since it was lukewarm, and came out separate from other one. Mine was supposed to be a bacon burger, but came with 1.5 strips of bacon…ordered fried okra and also a coke to be served with the meal. Had to ask for the coke. And all that for $24!

Restaurant is not clean an I was working there an was told to use my hands an waitress can’t keep their tips if we want to make 7.25. Worked there 3 days an made 87 dollars . An Co workers are very rude except 2 people in whole restaurant there needs to be an in pectin done of that place bad.the floors an people handling food an not washing their hands often . Made me sick the few days I worked there . I do not recommend this place to dine in or carry out.

Great food and nice people. Quiet environment off if the main street in a small town. Not corporate owned and you can tell. The workers are genuinely caring and mannered. Would definitely go again. Buffet for a reasonable price.

Was very disappointed in a meal I purchased Thursday! The spaghetti was delicious! Love it everytime. But this time I wanted meatloaf and ordered the larger portion because I’ve eaten their meatloaf before on the buffet and love it. However, they don’t tell you they serve a different kind when ordering to go! It was 2 meat patties not seasoned at all and didn’t even taste like meatloaf! It had cheese and tomato sauce on top. Was not good at all. In fact, I called them back thinking they served me the wrong plate. That’s when I was informed that’s how they do their meatloaf to go. That’s not right and seems like false advertisement when you serve real meatloaf on the buffet and something else that is not meatloaf when ordering to go! Will NEVER order meatloaf again from them and will definitely ask before ordering anything else different if it’s the same as on the buffet! Not a happy person and still wanting REAL meatloaf!
