We were coming back from a long day of errands to eat at this jack in the box and we wanted to have Brunch and we gotten the Terayaki bowl and it was only filled about less than half the bowl with rice….where’s the rest?

I ordered food and was instead met with attitude whenever I showed up to pick it up I noticed that it still was not made so I asked for no ranch on my potato wedges.
The person in charge neither confirmed or acknowledge that they would process my order accordingly.
She then proceeded to mumble something under her breath and walked off to the back.
I waited past the time of pickup and decided I was better off filing a claim. Due to past experiences with Jack in the box I can tell you guys that it’s going to take at least 2 weeks to get my money back which to be honest isn’t a lot but it’s the principal of me attempting to purchase something and instead being met with attitude for a product or service that I paid for.
The night crew with the guy manager is actually On point and always has my stuff ready when I get there.

Burned the burger buns, tacos are cold and crappy and broken, fries are old, jalapenos not cooked right. This jitb needs to be shut down it’s trash will not be returning. If you don’t at jack in the box then level up and find you a better job.

I hate to the that person, I never leave reviews on anything. And I completely acknowledge that the line for the drive though was wrapped around the building almost 2 times over on Christmas Day. That being said I don’t know if they just forgot to fry the cheese sticks that we ordered or if they were throwing so many things into the grease that got cold but we ordered a 6 count of Cheese Sticks and they were completely frozen, like still had ice covering the outside of the breading. As well as 4 out of the 8 tacos that we ordered. They were completely frozen as well. I understand it was a crazy day/night I hope that no one else got their items frozen. I’m glad it happened to me and not someone who would go and try and make a spectacle of it all and have something bad happen or someone get hurt.

The Worker named Maria or whoever had a Red Shirt on Feb 5 At 7pm she was having communication issues she had trouble understanding what I was saying when I asked for a plain burger I had to repeat myself since im allergic to Lettuce then she tells me its the headset she was wearing that was the issue
I also ordered a Teriyaki bowl it barely had any of the “Terayaki” its more of a veggie bowl now

MY BREAKFAST JACK EGG WAS MOULDY!!! On not one but TWO sandwhiches, on top of ice cold fries and no cheesecake that I ordered. Being 7 months pregnant and being served moldy food is absolutely insane, it’s jack in the box so I don’t expect high quality but I also don’t expect mold.

First let me acknowledge that the day shift crew has always been professional and courteous when Ive takeout here during the day. However, I can not say the same for my visit this evening. I did not have the best experience with drive thru. I would highly suggest customer service training.

If I could give 0 starts I would. This place is the worst ever! When I first pulled up to the drive thru there were 3 cars ahead of me. They eventually got the first two cars out of there. The third car was sitting at the intercom forever waiting to be assisted. They finally got to them and then to me. I ordered a Garden Salad with ranch. They took my order and told me to head to the window. They took my payment and handed me my drink. The lady came back to ask if I wanted Southwest Dressing or Vinaigrette so I ask “do you jot have ranch?” to which she replied “no but we do have the small dipping containers of it”. When I told her that was fine, handed me over t salad bag either 3 things of ranch. Once I left, I opened my salad to find that not only did they not have ranch, apparently they were out of salads as well. I can’t believe they actually sold me this pretty much empty container of “salad”. It’s ridiculous. I would have been less annoyed if they had just told me they didn’t have salads in the first place. I will never go to this place again. This was a waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this location! They clearly don’t cared what they are providing their customers.

Jack doesn’t seem to care about cleanliness much anymore. Lowering to two stars because I guess the shift manager was having a bad day and finally made her way to the register to take our order.
