I really like this place. The vibe is great, very relaxed and chill with a really good selection of beers. The large patio is nice to sit at, especially with the fountain. There is almost always a food truck available. Staff is friendly but not overly so. If the parking lot is filled, there is an official overflow lot one block west on Sligh Ave.

c. 1949 is one of my favorite hangouts. Good prices, cold beer, interesting people. And then there’s special events hosted here also. Saturday Rebels Rescue held a Brunch at Kitteney’s event that was lots of fun with really good brunch foods. Whether you’re here for an event or just a cold beer you can’t go wrong at c. 1949. Best bartenders in the Bay Area, in my opinion!
