BurgerFi offers curbside service, but it definitely needs improvement. I parked behind another car and waited for about 20 minutes. When I finally went inside, I was surprised to find out my order had been ready for a while. The website is a bit misleading—it’s unclear whether curbside means pickup inside or food brought out to your car, especially since I paid in advance. That part needs improvement.
That said, the food was amazing. The onion rings were wow—A+.

I use to goto a small family owned fried chicken spot where you could catch them rolling chicken tenders in the back everyday, this is very familiar to that as they told me they don’t freeze the chicken tenders and are made fresh daily. This alone is enough for me to order from here weekly.
I always get fries made to order with light salt and was impressed when they told me they use beef tallow for the cooking oil. That explains why it just tastes a little better than other chains. One of my favorite fries if not the best.
I may try to order some for my office catering.

I have been coming to this location for years. Ordered burgerfi burger and cryfry. Onion rings were terrible, very heavy coating became saggy immediately, french fries looked messy, very big pieces and too salty. Was very disappointed.

Very disappointing experience. They delivered the wrong burgers and didn’t even know which order belonged to which person. The fries were burnt and tasted terrible. Definitely not what I expected from BurgerFi — I don’t recommend it at all.

For years now, BurgerFi Aventura was probably one of the most consistent burger and fast food restaurants in the area. I appreciate their approach to quality ingredients. The food is solid, and theres a decent amount of options on their menu. The location itself is fine, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, good temperature, and nice decor that keeps the vibe throughout the location. However, the soda machine is frequently out of 90% of drinks. The main issue that has arisen recently is the fairly slow service. Orders can be taken quickly at registers and a kiosk, but waiting for your food to come out takes a substantial amount of time. The staff are always friendly though, and apart from slow service and the soda machine, it’s still a great choice in my book.

My girlfriend ordered To go. I walk in to pick up the order and the person at the front refused to give it to me, like I randomly know the name of your next order? My girlfriend had to go in and show the confirmation email. We get our order they forgot to put the onion ring on my burger (but charged xtra 1.99) then they forgot the 2 sauces I paid for. Then they didn’t have the sauces I wanted only garlic soil I no jalapeño ranch (but it was available on the menu) when I went into correct it there were 6 people ahead of me so it took over 45min and I ordered ahead

We had a very bad experience at this Burger Fi. To start with, the staff is not friendly at all, food was served cold and the taste and presentation was mediocre at best, they were out of soft drinks and the restrooms were filthy. Also, the air conditioning was too cold. It is very hard to find anything positive about this visit. We are not coming back.

Aventura Florida location 12/13/2025, My family and I have been loyal customers at this location since they opened. Find my recent visit I ordered a BurgerFi cheeseburger, ff and drink. My order was perfect the six employees on the pm shift were all smiling BurgerFi employees. The restaurant looked taken care of. PLEASE let your manager and employees on duty this night know they were recognized by a loyal customer.
