Unfortunately there ways seem to be a disconnect with the customer service here everytime I seem to come here . The young man who was taking out order yawned in my face over 3 times and seems to be out of it , which was quite unpleasant to watch. I also had a couple questions in regards to the menu which he had no idea about . The lack of knowledge about the menu items was bizarre for someone to be working at the cash register working in front of people . Our meal came in about 45 minutes which is unacceptable especially because the restaurant wasn’t even busy. Regardless I enjoyed my burger I had the “VEGAN BEYOND BURGER” which had 100% Plant-Based Beyond Burger From Beyond Meat, Ketchup, Mustard, Lettuce, Tomato, Pickles, Onions, on a Vegan Multigrain Bun . I asked to have the pickles removed and added a side of regular fries . I also tried the ghost pepper honey which was perfection and the Memphis sweet bbq . Overall my meal was great but the customer service has to be better and fast .

We love burgers, out of the better quality burger chains you can’t go wrong with the fi. 5 guys is comparable, but if I were to choose between the two the burgers at burgerfi are better juicer and just taste overall best. Side note there is a really good burger joint just south of this location called labirra check it out for the big burger fanatics! Enjoy

We order 2 chicken tender Kids meal and only fries were inside the bags , we order 2 cheese burgers kids meals with bacon and no bacon was inside the burger. The buns were all smooshy. We call the aventura store and the manager Margaret that’s the name she give us. She was yelling on the phone telling me “how is there no tenders in that big bag” and one of the cheese burgers was completely raw. Very disappointing with the manager attitude. I used to love this place but something changed in the last year or two and my experiences have gotten worse and worse. Both the quality of the food and the service has diminished. The patties have gotten more thin and dry. My recent visit, the food was ok but the service was so bad. Felt like I was unwanted the second I entered and I was the only one there. The kiosk didn’t work and as I stood waiting none of the staff acknowledged me until I had to get there attention and then she was annoyed she had to take the order on the cash register. About 5 people I could see working and not one welcoming attitude the whole time, I couldn’t wait to leave.

The self checkout is a bit of an inconvenience. It seems this location may be understaffed? I’m doing the self checkout and needed questions answered & no one to be found. There’s one girl who seems to be running around with her head cut off getting orders out and the cooks look miserable to be here. Maybe get more self checkouts if that is the case because the line is quite longggggg for someone on staff not to be present to assist. There’s no ticket numbers for us to put it in the self check out machine. We have to call someone down for it. Absolutely no customer service. Self checkout seems

Horrible experience. I have no desire to return. Service experience was a ZERO. I ordered on the app at 12:13p. It said that my order should be ready at 12:28p. I got there early, at 12:18p. No other customers were in the store. I told the gentleman working behind the counter my name and that I was picking up. He checked the order board but didn’t say anything to me. After standing there a minute or so, he inaudibly mumbled that it would be a couple minutes, without even looking at me. I wasn’t even sure he was talking to me, but no one else was there. That it wasn’t ready was not my issue because I was early. His lack of clear communication was. But I sat down and waited. Meanwhile, the Regional Manager was on the phone with someone complaining about the amount of ice in her drink and her burgers being like a hockey puck. I learned that the drivers prepare the delivery drinks, not the store. One other female customer came in and ordered at the kiosk. Then another gentleman ordered at the counter. By now it was 12:31p and I was still waiting. No other customers came in during this 13 minute span. I also did not see any delivery orders get prepared and placed in the holding area. One burger in an empty restaurant should not take that long, so I went to the counter to ask about my order. He looked at an order that had just come out and read the name, as if it could be mine. It was a female name, for the person that came in way after I did. I told him my correct name and said I already mentioned it to him when I first got there 13 mins prior. My bag was there behind the counter. He didn’t even tell me or call my name. Not sure how long it was there but it was warm when I got home, so likely not THAT long. But it was SO dry. I know why the person on the phone said that theirs were hockey pucks. My burger felt like it was cooking for 15 full minutes and all the juice rendered out of it. Burgers should not take that long. Not in an empty establishment. Orders should be delivered or announced when ready. Hockey pucks do not belong between buns. 0 out of 5. I do not recommend.
