First service was awful. They don’t make customers feel appreciated. Took my order didn’t suggest a sell a drink would have been nice and my hamburger was awful greasy made my stomach hurt and I don’t think I’ll ever be back for beef. Just chicken

Worst customer service. I went there to order the family bundle and the lady taking my order wasn’t fluent in English. I repeated my order over 6 times “one order of the family bundle and the code is 7054.” After repeating my order the 4th time, I want to backup my car and leave but there was already a line of cars behind me. So I had to move forward, my order was $18.71 and I give the cashier a $20, she was hoping that I’ll leave her a tip. No, not for that kind of customer service and I checked my order 3 Whoppers, 3 cheeseburgers, and 3 fries with 3 packets of ketchup. When she give me my change back, I don’t know if she accidentally or purposely drop my change on the ground. I got out of my car to pick up my change and another Burger King employee yelled at me, “You can get out of your car like that. Hurry up and move your car. You’re holding up the line.” I told her, “She dropped my money on the ground.” I pick up the $1 bill on the ground to show her and I said to her, “I need more ketchup packets.” She said, “I already put it in your order.” I told her, “ 3 packets of ketchup isn’t enough and I need more.” She grabbed a handful and tossed it into a bag and handed to me with a frown on her face. I said, “Thank you” and drove off.

I haven’t been to this Burger King since 2012. This restaurant hasn’t changed, it’s still a great place to have a good meal! My meal was was prepared and presented properly. The atmosphere was inviting. I definitely did enjoy my meal.

Found a metal staple in my onion rings. Tried to call them and let them know so it hopefully won’t happen to someone else and they answered the phone,didn’t say a word and then hung up. Glad I didn’t swallow it.

This place is super close to my house so I have given it several chances. Today was the last chance. The employees are undertrained, slow as cold molasses, & unprofessional. Now let’s talk about their food. Cold, or burnt. There almost is no in between. I don’t know who is running quality control for this location, but they need to be fired immediately. Every single time I have gone here there has been something horribly wrong with my food. I will never go back to this location. I’m going to share a picture with you guys of the new Taco that came out that I purchased today. I waited 10 minutes for this taco and it was clearly not fresh. Not really sure what the wait was all about. The taco is disgusting, I will never order another one. As bad as Jack in the Box tacos are, this was even worse.

I pay money for the order but again its incorrect, the receipt says bacon I don’t eat sausage.. Sorry pet peeve about this type of thing , its your job to get the order correct. we order pay and then its wrong, employees are friendly but this is irritating.

After waiting in line forever at the drive through, mind you with only me and one other car this is what they gave me. A burnt chicken patty, and notice the lettuce? A pinch of lettuce maybe 3 little pieces, tiny ones and a drop of mayo. This is the bs meal they sold me. I ended up not eating it just the fries, I was too far to go back and ask for a refund. They honestly have too many employees playing around chatting it up. ♀️
