I already like Burger King a lot! They really do have very delicious burgers. I tried the spider special burger they are offering, especially knowing they used beet juice instead of red dye !! I will say I was a bit disappointed by how looks super squished, but it’s okay. I understand it won’t be commercial like. The burger was good, although after a few bites, the bun began tasting a bit artificial, almost plastic like. I ordered onion rings & fries the fries were not as tasty as I’ve had at bq before a bit tasteless.

Food safety standards are lacking here. I ordered a whopper and small fry. They put massive onion slices and a huge amount of tomato. Produce needs to be kept cold and washed extensively before processing. I had the worst diarrhea 15 minutes after consuming my meal. The onions tasted off so I took those out with the tomatoes. I regret coming here. Maybe it was a one of event but I have had this problem with another Burger King on East Valley Pkwy. Thought this location would be better. No more Burger King for me.

Got an email warning that reward pts expiring in 2 weeks or so. My fav loc is listed as closed which was not obvious. Any reward item selected just said this item is not available at current loc. Changed loc to next nearest then app let me order. Ordering on app thought it took too long for pickup order to be ready, thus 3 stars.

Poor customer service at drive through window. Badgering me about coupon code, wasn’t able to see code on coupon, wouldn’t let me finish my order unless she had the code. When I asked if I could give her the code at the window I got back a bit of attitude, I’m sure if I could see through walls I would have see her eyes rolling, I definitely heard the “ugh” .
