I took one star away for NOT being available in my town. My goodness, for the price I gotta say the food is very very good. I love how B. K. Sticks to what they have always done. Burgers. I usually get the basics and always happy. I just am disappointed my home town can’t keep a B. K. Due to unspoken reasons. We’ve had two chances at a B. K. But closed each time. I can’t say why publicly because the stories are not varifiable. Still. I wish they’d try again where I live. B. K. Please re open in my town!

This Burger King just recently opened its dining room now. For months, it was being remodeled. It looks great inside and brand new. The customer service is great and the food is delicious. Give them try. Don’t forget to download the BK app.

Terrible experience. They didn’t have any kids toys for the kids meal. Yet they never told us. I had to go inside to complain and was told they didn’t have any. After I paid. Kid very disappointed. To top it all off, they didn’t give me a receipt, so I can’t even put in a complaint.

Accessibility: they have accessible parking in front of the building and a drive-thru with a very well lit menu.
Experience: I went through the drive-thru and the service was very fast! The food tastes great too! The employee working at the window was a nice, young guy. This Burger King looks brand new and great from the outside! Great experience.

I already like Burger King a lot! They really do have very delicious burgers. I tried the spider special burger they are offering, especially knowing they used beet juice instead of red dye !! I will say I was a bit disappointed by how looks super squished, but it’s okay. I understand it won’t be commercial like. The burger was good, although after a few bites, the bun began tasting a bit artificial, almost plastic like. I ordered onion rings & fries the fries were not as tasty as I’ve had at bq before a bit tasteless.

Just went through the drive thru and whoever was working the window 8/4/25 at 9:30pm was horrible! We tried to get the $6 meal deal and she angrily said it didn’t exist when I was reading it off the menu with my eyeballs. Don’t know Burgerking hired goblins

We went through the drive through at 7:00pm on 10/26/2024 and were incredibly disappointed by the rude comments and behaviors that we were met with by the drive through attendant. We had pulled up to the menu screen to decide what we were going to order with our daughter and were told to figure out what we wanted and to order because they did not want to hear our conversations. We apologized, tried to quickly decide, but did let them know there was no one behind us waiting to order. Again we were met by incredibly rude comments and attitude. As someone who has worked in the fast food industry I try to be very understanding that bad days occur, but this was extremely uncalled for and unwarranted. I hope management can look into retraining their employees to better manage their attitudes or look inward if management was who we spoke with.

The person taking orders in the drive through was incredibly rude while me and my family were attempting to figure out our order. Told us to “back up so we don’t have to listen to your conversation.”
I need the owner to check this employees attitude asap because it was wildly uncalled for.

Service was horrible all around. I walked in for service and waited to be acknowledged which took several minutes. Finally I was able to get someone’s attention who tried to direct me to their digital menu ordering board. I asked if he could just take my order as there are no options to order how I need my sandwiches to be ordered he just said no. There was no one in the building and one car in the driveway but he tried to make it sound like they were slammed. I went outside drove right up made my order and instead of the window associate helping me the rude employee from inside decided he wanted to hand me my food. He handed it off by shoving it at me, giving me 3 drinks with no cup holder and closed the window without telling me my order was complete. I had to go through the bags to make sure I wasn’t waiting on anything else. I requested extra marinara sauce and only received one. When I asked for my additional marinara he said he was going to have to charge me an additional 25 cents. I paid it and he tossed me the marinara and closed the window again. Unacceptable rude and obnoxious behavior from what seemed to be a team lead.
