It really saddens me to change my review on this store bc I eat here everyday. Usually just breakfast and today I reminded myself why. With breakfast and using the mobile app, I acquired enough stars to get anything for free. But instead of using them, I went ahead and got a chicken sandwich. I would have done the logo if I could have eaten both but normally the chicken sandwich it’s self is a meal in itself. Not today and this is the second time in a row that I ended up with the smallest chicken sandwich to exist. I didn’t say anything before but this time was different. I only removed the bun to get a picture to make the staff there aware that I was aware and noticing how small of a chicken sandwich they was serving. But this one looks like something or someone picked at it before selling it to me and charging me 9.00 for it. Im very disappointed and grossed put to the extent I can’t eat it and I hate wasting food. Small I can deal with but not someone or something picking at it first. . The service and folks are still 2 thumbs up but this is just gross. I spend 11.87 every morning at Hardee’s for breakfast. I expect better.

Super expensive. $48 for three meals. The burger seems like frozen Spartan brand garbage. Fries are so salty you can’t even eat them. Burger bun was mushy and fell apart. Would never go here again. Staff was friendly. Service was fast. I guess the food just isn’t to my taste.

Got the 2 for 5.99 deal. Bun on the cheeseburger was stale and had to be remade, and the tender wrap I got was more like a chicken nugget wrap with just 2 nuggets. People behind the counter were nice, but I’ve worked in fast food for years before, theres no way the cook didn’t know the bun was stale.

Me and my grandma came here and I got the new pulled pork sandwich. It was so good. My grandma got the original bag. We love this location!! Always friendly and very organized.

The one that use to be located in Jacksonville Arkansas was disappointing had rude staff. And the sandwich I ordered was dry and idk it tasted like it been sitting out all evening got cold and served. I was expecting my food to be hot, it’s other Hardee’s that actually tasted good and hot. There’s better staff else where as well

Our family went through the drivethrough. I ordered a kids meal with chicken strips. They said it would be a 5-10 minutes wait for the chicken strips. I said that’s fine. After waiting 5-10 minutes, I was given cold food and 0 chicken strips. Now, I have to decide whether or not to go back and what else to feed my kid.

Food was extremely cold after a 5 minute drive home. Big Ham was anything but big as it looked nothing like the advertisement. I was charged 2x but I was not told; I had to bring it to their attention and I was assured that the funds would be replaced
