It’s pretty chill and a little bit empty, unlike McDonald’s. ALSO UNLIKE MCDONALDS, this place is chill and everyone can get there stuff, and it only takes about 7-10 minutes to get your food. Love going here. Too bad I don’t go here as much as I used to ♀️

A teenager walked up to the counter and just stared at me. No greeting or hello. The single person bathroom although very large did not have an infant changing table. The lady that looked like the manager or lead was very nice and even brought our meal to the table for us

This was THE worst BK I have ever been in. Manager was screaming at all the workers. She walked right past me at counter even tho I had been standing there with no one helping me. Only 1 other customer inside and 50% of tables were dirty. Condiment area was a disaster. Then the women’s bathroom was the worst, with a sanitary napkin and tampon on the floor! My order was correct but the patty on my burger was old and dry. Horrible. Everyone’s uniforms including managers was dirty and not neat …. Absolute slobs.

We went through drive through. There weren’t many cars in the patting lot and only one in front of us. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, and we had to remind the attendant about a drink. The menu board prices didn’t reflect what we were charged but the burgers were good and the fries hot.

Waited in the drive thru for over 15 min. Was 5th in line. The first vehicle was there, for I don’t know how long. The seventh and sixth vehicles finally backed out and then did I. I do not recommend this place and will never go here again.

The food was good, drive-thru service was OK. Online ordering was a pain, and picking up in the drive-thru, the service was marginal. The look and attitude was on the lines of “here’s your food now good bye”, I get it tho customer service job’s suck so I try to be nice.

This place is a joke. There are so many truck drivers who work late and all they want is a somewhat better dinner than a TRUCK STOP meal. But these guys refused-to serve me and a Police Officer. I asked if I could walk through the drive through “36 degrees with wind blowing”. The officer heard my conversation and said what do you want. I’ll get it for you. The employee standing out side heard the conversation. Once we got to the speaker outside the employee said we only serve side foods. That is not cool man.
