The food was disgusting and can tell it was cooked in old grease. I couldn’t even finish. I called them and told them I’m not taking that drive back over there to get an order remade which why would? I told them I would send them a picture and they said no and refused to refund me. I will be calling the health department. I think maybe it’s time to get them shut down because clearly I am not first one to have issues.

This is not the first or second or third time and everytime they mess up my order they say it’s my fault and to bring it back why do I have to take my time out of the day to go back to return a $6 order when they can just give me a credit for it over the phone but they are too cheap to do that, I told them I will post it on google for them to see if I can’t send them pictures since they want me to come in, I stopped ordering from them and though I might give them another try and what do you know they over oil the dam rice like if they were putting oil on a engine. This is not healthy and from knowing a insider they re use their rice from a day ago. DO NOT EAT HERE

My husband made a mobile order for pick up And when I arrived to the restaurant, one of the registers told me to provide the card and my ID and on the website, it does not say that we have to provide those two items so I did not have those two items to show her. She was very rude and started yelling telling me that she needed these two items in order for me to receive my food just in case if it was fraud. Mind you the total was $24. And I show her The bank statement That they had already took out that amount out of my Husband bank account. And so I told her if I wasn’t gonna be able to receive my food to give me a refund and she told me that she didn’t wanna do me the refund that she was not in charge of it so when I had told you that I was gonna call the police that’s why she went ahead and proceeded to give me my refund. Very bad service do not recommend!

Got the egg foo young lunch special. Food is nasty had no flavor, rice was nasty, no eggs used in egg foo young and the inside of the patty was wet and they only gave me one patty and the bean sprouts was burnt. When I called, the Manager got on the phone, and began screaming at me and saying, “Listen to me they gave you two pattys and the inside is always wet. She’s a lie. I Always get egg foo young, and have never had anything this nasty and wet on the inside. Keep your money and don’t waste it here. This place is trash.

Big disappointment. I was driving late night in that area. Salty and oily. Stomach ache.
And LITERALLY 4 pieces of chicken. Price is horrible. One meal $16?!!! I could have 1,5 lbs of hot food at Whole Foods high quality. Now I know I was driving through not very good area of Chicago ( let it leave like that ) so they are taking advantage of people who aren’t very bright.

I’ve been going here since I was a lil girl, when we stayed in Bellwood. This place had been open a long time. The food has gotten nasty, the rice had no flavor, they didn’t put any egg in my food, then when I called to tell them that, he argued back and forth that they did. Then he hung up in my face. I will not return here
